Subject :- Salary Harassment.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I started working in Just Dial on 3rd March 2022 also I worked overtime on Saturdays'. On 31st March in evening I got the unprofessional excel sheet softcopy on whatsapp from my Team Leader (Sreeja) stated that I will get paid around Rs.4800/- (i.e. 24% of my salary). I called her but she didn't respond to my call, but instead she called me on whatsapp unprofessionally (as we cannot record voice on whatsapp). I asked for the justification of my salary from Sreeja and she told me that It's a productivity based job. I told her that I was neither informed in the interview nor it is written in my Offer Letter and also I didn't get any written statement saying that it's a Productivity based job. She told me that "We are not giving anything in written which saying that It's a Productivity based job". I told her to arrange my meeting with the HR of the company but she didn't respond properly.
Next day on 1st April 2022, I did not logged in on Geniolite App and I told Sreeja that "If she will not arrange my meeting with the HR or Manager for resolving the issue, I will not Log in to Geniolite App and she will be responsible for my absence". But she took my words very lightly and didn't respond properly. I called the HR and shared this issue, she told me that I will get paid Rs.20, 000/- as it's written in my Offer Letter. Then in the evening, Sreeja, Neethu, Sudhakar, and Priyanka group called me on whatsapp unprofessionally and started giving false verbal statements about my job and salary.
I told several times to Sreeja to arrange the meeting but she didn't respond.
On 6th April 2022, I went to Just Dial office and had a meeting with the HR (Shruti Agnihotri) regarding this issue. I shared a softcopy of my Offer Letter and Appointment Letter given by the company with her also I shared all call recordings in which it was clearly mentioned that my salary will be Rs.20, 000/- per month. She told me it will take upto 7 days for the resolution.
On 7th of April I logged in to Geniolite App for work but it was not showing any data there. I thought it might be an error with the app. Again on next day on 8th April 2022, I logged in to Geniolite App but I was facing the same issue of not showing any data there. I also messaged Sreeja regarding this issue but as usual she didn't respond. Instead she blocked me on phone. I was not able to work because I was not alloted with the data.
On 18th of April 2022, I again went to Just Dial Office as I was not getting any responce from the HR in these many days even after calling her several times, HR told me to give the interview for inbound calling department as she was planning to shift my job instead of giving me the resolution of my current job's salary issue.
Till date I didn't get a single penny from the Just Dial Pvt. Ltd. And as an employee I have all the right to ask the justification of my salary and instead of giving justification, they all are harassing me by not paying salary.
I am from a Lower Middle Class family and I am the only person who earn for the family.
Please take strict action against the company asap.
