[Resolved] JustDial.com — service not getting activated | |||
Hi, Our money got debited for 1st position service for 1 year, But our position has dropped from 6 to 9. We had tried reaching customer care to report the issue. They had promised that it will be updated in 24 hr, however, even after 100 hr, there is no change and we are still receiving mail that we need to purchase premium plans to get a lead. Even justdial representative ramakanth reddy, not lifting our call. Such an irresponsible fraud he is. In case you dont resolve the issue immediately, kindly refund our money.
