This is Dwayne Viegas with Smart Employment Services. This is to inform you, After multiple complains and follow up our issue is not resolved.
We had taken your service last year, but the services was discontinued within 14 days by Jusdial (Without informing us). After a year when we connected with JustDial and we was told that the service was discontinued cause certain documents was not submitted by us. My question is :
1) Why were we not informed about the disconnection of the service?
2) Payment was taken but service was not granted, and no refund. May I know why?
After we got in touch with 1 of your agents, As per him, he asked to make a payment. We did the payment as asked and the payment cleared from our end. Still no service. When I called him, he said will look into it. Its been 3 days and he aint answering my calls. Pls take this email seriously. I have also attached the image as proof that shows the last leeds date.
