My name is Kavitha haldar, I have taken a Franchise from DTDC Express Ltd in 2008. Am running this franchise since 2008 and I haven't register my franchise in your Just dial listing.

Someone misusing my Franchise business name and address in your JUST DIAL listing.

I have called many times to your just dail customer care they not doing anything regarding my concern.

I request you to please do the needful to remove my franchise from your listing.

Sorry to say, you never fulfill your promise that your team will be contact us. Till now its already already 15 days am waiting for your call. Last Friday I have called your customer care center and I have a word with Mr Anikate he is a call quality manager as he clam. He has raise a complaint and we yet not got any resolution or call from your side. I have asked him to provide the service request number that he has raise for a complaint as per our request. However he refuse to provide the service request number. This is the way your customers care service work. I have called from this number [protected] and he told me that your mobile will be your service request. How it's work I didn't understand till now. No call or mail till now?
