One of the marketing person came to me i have registered the services with just dial. I have told marketing person o i will use the service account for two months.
He did not told me about the contract and activated the ECS. I wanted to close my business Account from JD. When I am trying reach him he is not responding .
I wanted to delete my business service account .I contacted JD customer care .
I faced worst experience with customer service persons. I mailed them many times.to delete my service account. They simply lifting calls and telling the stories .
I wanted to close my service account they are not closing business account and my ECS deducting.
I wanted Stop my ECS right now and close my account. Iam not using it. Was this information helpful? |
