I'm vijayalakshmi from Kaveripakkam, ranipet district, vellore. I stopped ECS payment in just dial using JD application 5 months back. Still they didn't stoped it and was auto deducting bouncing charges for 5 months Rs.295 each month. When I called customer service they simply sent another link in WhatsApp to cancel through it. It doesn't show any stop ECS option at all. They're looting customers money without giving proper support and guidance. After stopping ECS payment through JD application how can they deduct bouncing charges???? Are customers are fool to send free money to just dial every month. I really don't want any Marketing service from just dial. Please stop my contract and ECS and refund my money around Rs.1500 which was deducted as bouncing charges.
