Hi,

I am calling your call centre 2 months back, and told to discontinue the service which i subscribed under one of your scheme due to low quality leads,, even though i called n told to discontinue the service, still you are deducting amount from my account, this will be last warning to stop ecs, otherwise i will take legal action on ur company.

My company's name is Maharashtra Steel Pipe and my mobile no. Just Dial is debiting my account since last 3 years, I had entered into the contract for one year and they are debiting my account without my consent even after the contract period of one year. I have given instructions to discontinue the services but they are saying it will take 3 months to stop the service. My question to the company is without my consent why my account is being debited after the contract period. This is illegal and outrageous by the company to exploit the client and without authorization debiting the account illegally. This has to be fought on a priority basis in order to save the customers from being exploited. We are planning to take legal action and give this information to the media in order to stop this illegal practice by the company and earning a fortune at the cost of customers.
