We had ordered TV via justjuldi.com on 2nd Nov21, model VU TV. We received call from [protected] saying model is no more available and we need to pay 4k more for a different model. We asked them refund the money, the guy in the phone refused to refund and said money would be in the credit section. So we asked them to send the tv. He said will reach in three days.
