[Resolved] JustDial.com — unauthorized transaction | |||
Dear team, I want to check with you about one of the amout deducted from my axis bank branch without my confirmation as i didn't take any service from you company. I was shocked when i saw amount of "3540" has been deducted from my account on behalf of just dial. When i called the bank they said that this is a auto confirmed amount which is signed by you at the time of service purchase from just dial but i didn't apply for any service from just dial. After a long discussion with branch they told me that the id and signature are not as per your documentation submitted by you at the time of account opened. I am struggling from[protected] to get back my money to my account and also locked complaint against branch more then 3 times every time they said the delay is occurred from just dial end as the bank already requested refund from just dial. I also asked the bank executive about why its taken too much time and from now onward how much time it will take to refund my money, he said i dont have any idea it depends on just dial. Please suggest me where i have to go and protest to get back my money. Please look into the matter and provide appropriate resolution for the same.
