We are newly registered customer of just dial, before registration your sales executive had tell us that just dial take 2 months money as advance and we neend to pay extra of one month to get started ( and without knowing us they have make us sign on cheque which is for deduction of money from bank account ), why did he do this without telling us.
Now the main problem is we have done payment for 3 months and your team has closed our service in 20 days only
(Is 20 days is one month for your company)
They are repeatedly calling us for payment but with this experience we are loosing interest in JUSTDIAL because why our service get stop even before 1 month ??? No one is telling is
What your executive have promised that whenever we want to close we get services for next two months as well but now he is denying.
This is just ridiculous your sales executive and all whoever calling us making a very poor image of JUSTDIAL
We have some subcontractors who also want to take but we are not going to recommend just dial to anyone anymore... There are other websites as well who are providing the same facility.
I am writing this mail from registered JUSTDIAL email and sharing contact of sales person +[protected], Sani ...
Also let me tell you one thing that from your office we are getting call to make payment but when we ask them how much we have money in our account they say about 7000 and when we ask them that why our service has stopped they say to make payment.
