[Resolved]  JustDial.com — uneven distribution of funds & fake commitment

This is prashanto kumar das, ceo of esta global (Kolkata). With utmost disappointment & after facing unprofessionalism behavior, i am writing down this email to the head of just dial departments.

I am listed in just dial since 2014 and continue using the services till now, but i haven't faced such a poor technical/customer support before. I think this is the last time i am using the service & will discontinue my just dial account as i am fed up now after chasing the sales representatives on a continuous go. The sales team can commit anything to get a sale & the after sale service is pathetic.

On top of that - they have no proper reason/idea how the amount is getting deducted & what amount should settle down for the package change.

In detail information:-

3rd october 2018 (12:50 pm) - received a proposal from justdial; employee name - nargis khatoon (Deputy manager sales) extn number:-2114/[protected]

Proposal for fixed position (6 months tenure) - 1, 16, 825 inr
Monthly payment details - 19, 742 inr

She gave me a discount on the price & there were some funds already available in my account, so the final price that i have paid in one short was 1, 01, 480 inr via esta global cheque number 557781 on 05th october 2018.

After using the pdg package till 21st of november 2018, i have asked the sale representative over email (22nd november 2018) to stop my pdg package and convert it to rotational package for the rest of my tenure which was 6th april 2019.

Just after some time on 10th december 2018, i have received a message from just dial (+[protected] that my campaign is about to expire, i was completely shocked and confused about the de-activation. Even in my justdial app, it started showing that i need to upgrade my package in order to use the services.
I have contacted mr. Prosenjit paul from just dial who was looking after my package and also tried to update mrs. Nargis khatoon but they didn't take it seriously. And after that onwards i have to keep on chasing the just dial representatives as if i am working for just dial and my job is to call them up and keep on taking the updates.

When i have converted my pdg to rotational package i have used the pdg services for only 1 month & 16 days prior to it and mrs. Nargis updated me that my converted amount is only 22, 000 - 23, 000 inr for the rest of my tenure. Which is actually 23000 inr divided into 4 months & 14 days (Duration left for my tenure).

Even after probing and following up with nargis & prosenjit on a frequent basis, i still have no clue how the calculation is done & what sort of fraud should i consider it.

So i should understand that just dial has consumed 81000 inr including gst as pdg service for 1 month & 16 days, so if i haven't converted my pdg pack to rotational pack then just dial was supposed to provide me a pdg service for 4 months & 14 days in an amount value of 23000 inr.

With a brand like just dial which is known as a search engine of india, no one will ever expect this sort of manipulation & instead of proactively resolving my problem, it's me who have to keep on chasing them.

Before i have signed the pdg package, i was getting continuous calls from the sales team and once i have paid the amount and now that i am facing problems, they are not even receiving my calls on time or i have to send them a whatsapp message to communicate.

I have tried to add all the higher authorities in this email so that you all have an idea on how the sales team is harassing a paid customer and what effort we have to take in order to get our problems resolved. I don't know whether someone will take a charge on this email or not, but if not then i have to get into more depth of it.

I would request to the person who is capable enough to resolve the problem to kindly resolve it on an urgent note. Either you end the service and refund back the amount or i need a proper distribution & allocation of my funds to the remaining tenure.

I Guess it was my mistake to choose JustDial over others to promote my business in Kolkata. I am now frustrated, irritated, baffled & disappointed with the Brand and their after sales service.

I have been using Just Dial services since 2014 & trust me I have never felt so cheated but with the kind of services & commitments just dial executives are providing are down below to the fraud & cheaters.

So far it was only the executives who were making fake commitments & excuses but now the managers are also on the list and following the same trend.

27th December 2018 - The first time when I have narrated the problem I was facing and how the JustDial sales team have segregated my funds and converted it into lower value package.

After my first email, I have received a call from Mr. Prosenjit Paul and he said that the manager is on the line and wants to discuss the same with me. I don't remember the name of the manager but it was I guess Mr.Kunal from the Kolkata office.

The gentleman said - Sir I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and I know there was a problem from our end. I assure you that on Saturday i.e. (29.12.2018) you will receive an email that the problem is resolved and the amount that has been deducted unnecessarily is added to your account and proper distribution of funds will be done for your existing tenure.

Since that day till now i.e 28.01.2019 I am still waiting for the email and continuously following up with Mr. Prosenjit Paul on the same. Every time I call him, he always comes up with an excuse (Sir the OverDraft has been released to your account and now we are just waiting for the support team to activate it; Sir it is taking a bit time just give me 48 Hrs; I was not available sir please give me 1 week time etc. etc.) and each time he commits me with a new date. It's been a month now & the problem has not been resolved yet. In between, I have received a call from the support team of Just Dial and they asked the same questions and once again the same commitment (THE FAKE COMMITMENT).

I don't know how to handle this problem, do I have to keep a calendar for you all or should I recruit manpower whose job role will be calling up the support team and keep on asking the status?

Why is it taking so long time?

Why Just Dial people can't meet their commitments?

Is there really a quality check in the organization or whatever email we as a user write is just a waste of our time?

I said in the earlier email very clearly (I would request to the person who is capable enough to resolve the problem to kindly resolve it on an urgent note. Either you end the service and refund back the amount or I need a proper distribution & allocation of my funds to the remaining tenure.) but I don't think our email even bothers you.

I would request you to please stop my services and refund back the amount as I don't want to work with this unethical organization. I don't have any more patience & time to waste over these emails and follow-ups.
