[Resolved] JustDial.com — worst service. | |||||
The worst service am getting from just dial. I been call them and complaining about their service, when i posted a complaint over here they reached me they to resolve my complaint issue. Issue was they were sending me wrong lead after editing 100 time on their website same issue, call them spoke to them even they have edited it and promised me to give the lead to the registrated service with 24/48 working hrs. Still sending me the same old lead. Again i called up the person mr manohar from justdial to confirm one last time before submitting stop ecs to bank, he asked me register and make a new contract. Thought give one last chance to just dial and made a new contract it’s be a week and 1/2 still getting the wrong lead. Called up lead department to enquiry about what’s going on? The answer was “sir no one has edited your profile expect you once in dec.” (😳 i nearly spoke 20 times minimum.) and one of worst answer given from justdial call centre lead department was “we don’t have enough lead to provide you to which you have registered so we are sending you wrong lead.” what wrong with you justdial.
