[Resolved] JustDial Limited — ecs debit from bank account even after contract expires | |
Registered mobile no.[protected], we had registered for month package of rs.1150 for 12 months in the month of july 2016 which has expired in the month of june 2017 but till date amount is being debited from the account via ecs, have already contacted the justdial customer care, the reply has from them is that the concerned team will check on the same and revert back. Yeasterday we got a call from the team stating the cancellation of contract has to informed 3 month prior for cancellation. I am not getting the point here when contract has been completed in june itself and we have not renewed the contract where does the question of cancellation come.
