I had registered for a paid listing of my service in November 2013. I was informed that ECS debit will be made only once a month on 4th of every month. However, the company deducted ECS twice on 2nd December and 4th December without my authorisation. Justdial answers consumer queries 24x7, but when it comes to resolving queries of advertisers, they make excuses like call between 9am-7.30pm.
Such poor service to the hands that feed Justdial, can result in negative publicity of Justdial and give an impetus to its rival Sulekha whose payment terms are clean at the very beginning for entire period.
Justdial is yet to reverse the dual debits in my name. Also, the concerned field officer took the ECS mandate form with signature and it had an amount of Rs 1, 738 authorised by me. Justdial forged and manipulated my ECS debit mandate form, to avail dual debits from my bank account.
The complaint on the above two points stands unresolved namely:
a) Forging my ECS mandate form
b) Reversing one of the two debits from my bank account.
