Justdial — no services received

I have taken justdial subscription last year on 8th december, 2019 in name of h n & company chartered accountants for 1 year. Mr. Kuldeep singh (Sales manager) visited my premises and forced me to take justdial package for which i made payment of inr 30, 000 approx. While discussing package mr. Kuldeep assured me that i will definitely get 3-5 leads per day out of which atleast 85% would be genuine calls. He further told me in case you get any problem i will be there to help you.

Ms. Muskan (Relationship manager) called me and also told the same.

After that, i got around total 10-15 leads in aggregate till january 31, 2020 which are very very less than justdial team told me. Further, all those leads were fake, 50% told me that there work had already been done months ago, some people were asking for jobs and some were selling their products to me. Form february 1, 2020 onwards, i have not received any leads and only 1 lead that received in february was a girl asking for job.

I have complained regarding these poor services to ms. Muskan atleast 30 times and have complained with justdial customer services department atleast 14 times on which i have been told that lead department will call you within few hours. However, they do not resolve my issues.

Again and again, i tried reaching mr. Kuldeep singh to discuss my problems, i tried and tired of reaching him but he never cares and does not respond to my calls and once he told me that do whatever you can, we will not give you leads and your money is forfeited.

After facing these problems i asked justdial to return my hard earned money and deregister myself but they tell we won't return your money do whatever you want.
