Hi sir my name is sunny my my registrar business is rudra enterprises my contact no [protected] in just dail i am closing my business that's why i am stop my ecs confirmation just dail august 31 but ecs going on my ac plz stop that they said me stop ecs 15 oct last but ecs going on nov 15 today plz and am get confirmation just fail no [protected] just dail but not stop ecs and refund my money thank you.

2 people from sai tech care listed under gas repairs (One person's name is raghu) came home and took our gas hop on sunday evening claiming repairs could be done only in their workshop. They had promised to deliver the repaired gas hop by tuesday morning but are not answering our calls anymore. Yesterday, raghu cited that someone in his family passed away & that he was at a funerral (Have test sms messages of this conversation). Today he confirmed on text message that he was sending the gas hop by evening but after that he stopped answering our calls.

It's so disgusting that my number is wrongly displayed in BIG BAG Tirur..I raised a complaint and you assured me that you will stop displaying it and I am still receiving lots of calls and whatsapps regarding it..If you don't remove it at the earliest i will surely raise a complaint against the police..

Last few weeks i have no new enquirys so i complaint this to coimbatore just dial office but they will compromise me we will rectified problem with in 2days... But the problem will not solved and i tried to call justdial office they're not attend my phone calls... So how can you provide my business... I'm ashamed for justdial relationship... Hi Team,

I received a marketing call from JD to register my transport businesses with them. I told don't want to do it now but sure will do later once my business expands. They told they will send an executive who will give me more details and I just need to submit a cheque and in future whenever I want I can activate my account. The executive visited and informed same and took a cheque from me and signed a form for ecs and said once I make initial payment then my account would be activated. The next day I called the same executive and told him I want to postpond my plan and I cancelled the cheque to be safer. The executive didn't told me that he has already activated my ECS of around 2500 approximately from my account. When I received this message about ECS I called JD to know without my permission why they started ECS. They are now saying I gave thembthe detail and signed the form. But I was told until I confirm they are just keeping my documents and won't activate any plan until I make the initial payment. Now when I asked them to cancel the ECS they are saying they can't do it and I will have to pay the ECS for 3 months. This is fraud and the company is giving false details and just trying to get customer and trapping them in their plan which they don't disclose at time of visit.

Request to please look into it and help me cancel the ECS . I am not interested to have and business with them.

Taken just dial services 1 month ago, pathetic services and bogues leads, want to cancel ecs and shutting my business, despite of many call to customer care they are not bothered to cancel my ecs, the sales executive of just dial told me that if i want to cancel ecs i need to tell them 1 month before so i did but they are not doing and cacelling my ecs of 2360

I went to just dial branch located in just dial limited, b wing, 3rd floor, temple steps, 184-187 anna salai, little mount saidapet chennai-15. I went to deliver a a parcel from huawei telecom but the staff treated me like stray dog asking me to get out and come in by a differ entrance was very upset. Its a inhumane act as they don't know how to respect. Please take action or i have to take this up to social network

One of the executive mr. Karan kapoor came from just dial to demonstrate the life time services provided by you at my home at delhi, on 12th oct 2018. No doubt services were very impressive and i and my brother was ready to start with the services. For that i have given 2 post dated cheques of 1st nov. 2018, with cheque no. 769194 for rs. 21, 240/- and 769195 for rs. 7, 080/-. (Sbi)

He also said that he will call before 1st before giving the cheque to get it processed. I have received a call but not from karan (As this was pre-planned, so that his no. Couldn't reflect on your record for confirmation) but from some abhishek and i have clearly mentioned that due to sudden demise of my close family member i am not able to bear this expense for now so "kindly do not process the cheques". He said okay. But despite of my disagreement your executive processed the cheques and now denying for the refund. As i am not in a state to bear this expense right now. I requested you for my refund of total rupee 28, 320/- as soon as possible in my account.

Just dial services - fraud service, horrible customer care

1. I have never requested to be listed in their database.
2. My name has an initial that is not mine.
3. They have given an address which doesn't exist
They have been misdirecting my clients by booking appointments that i am not aware of and sending them to an address that doesnt exist.
4. I have been trying to get my listing deactivated for over 6 months now, still unsuccessful.
5. Called several times and spoken to several executives, they all repeat like parrot 'we are sorry for your inconvenience 'but never take any action.
6. Their supervisor is supposed to call me to confirm my wish to deactivate, the call hasn't come in 6 months.
7. My profile page doesnt have the option of cancelling the listing which i did not ask for in the first place.

Despite the service just dial is providing, it is with regret that i have to write this letter.

Our company nazareth metals had ceased manufacturing in 2011 and as a result we've been operating from a different address.

We have begun production again and i've been after just dial to alter the details on the listing as the email id used earlier is defunct (Vsnl). I have no other way of altering these details myself and it's causing customers to refer to our older address or call up an older number, or use the older vsnl email. (All which are not in operation)

I have called up 4 times speaking with different executives who've assured me that it will be done in 24 hours. One even had the nerve to tell me i wasn't a paying customer and he couldn't help me. (How can one even expect to gain customers with this attitude?)

I request that the email id for nazareth metals (Ghatkhopar) be changed to [protected]@gmail.com so that i can alter the details as required.

If necessary, i even asked if partnership deeds or a company pan would be required, all to no avail.

Please tend to the matter urgently or i will be forced to take a legal route, as this wrong listing is causing me a loss of business.

I cancelled the contract on October 7th the total amount was Rs 24, 000 were Rs 5, 900 was the first payment . After 5 days i called and cancelled the service die to false promises and false contract information and the representative told me that the service has been cancelled from now on no amount will be debited and the ad stopped and i did not receive any enquiries or ad after that . I gave two cheques to Just Dail which one has been presented and debited Rs 7, 500 on Saturday the cheque NO is 68903. I need the refund I have been calling and running around from November 3rd. I am experiencing the worst customer service then how can you provide the best service to people for their business?? Deepak is the sales agent and his number is [protected] he is the worst sales person I have ever seen. If I don't get the refund in two days I will be moving to court and send you the legal notice against Deepak and Just Dail coimbatore.

Just dial services was requested to close my account as it has not been lucrative at all. But they straight away refuse to help. They have refused to close the account

Their customer care executives are very rude and have threatened that they don't care about customer complaints or consumer court and customers can do whatever legal action they want because just dial pays no heed and is not scared of legal actions.

They refuse to accept closure requests, they refuse to discontinue irrespective of pathetic services that they provide.
They even charge huge amount of money for a change of plan but no change is made.

It is a total fraud service and just a money looting agency.

i can call hundreds of times no use not even ready to speak simply told please wait we transfer the call to concern department after 5 min cut the call a very worst service and even last six months i didn't get any stop service conformation every month amount debit in my account...

I m aijaz uddin shaikh from tunmarg aircon indore i was previous customer of just dial from last 10 years but from last 2 years i was disappoint from just dial about package contract value isrs.30000 but they increased about 400% then i will pay 120000 but last year settled in rs.100000 but i convert in ecs but from last 3 month i dnt get any enquiry from just dial & i complaint abt that no one give me batter resolution & i also complaint abt i[censored] not give resolution then stop my ecs but they dnt give any solution & continue hit ecs every month so plz give me my money back & stop my ecs.

I've signed for justdial ad for my business but after getting frustrating for garbage leads i tried stopping their ecs but they have not stopped and after raise a request from my side regarding stop ecs they debit my account four times in one month and the debit amount is more then my monthly plan which i have choosed,

I contacted the bank branch and they said they are helpless they said it is need to be stop from company end but the company is not listening.

Any one suggest me any solution?

Just dial took this fraud to another level. I had listed my company in Just dial only for trial of one month. Please note that i clearly mention to the agent that i will continue this service if i will get positive response. She concealed some info regarding ECS and notice period, due to that i had been charged many times from company as well as bank. After the closing of my service still bank is charging me for the same. My bank asked me to talk to the authorities in the JD. I am requesting you once again, after so many calls on customer care, to return my money, which is deducted by your fault from my account, i.e. INR 5160/-, plus i want compensation to the harassment face by me to file a complaint and to talk to every executive and senior in customer care.

I have taken a justdial ecs package where rs 1180 has been deducted every month from my account. So i want to end this package because the leads we are getting is totally fake and do not have genuine leads as we are expecting.

Now the customer care is saying that it will take 3 months notice period and after that my complaint will be considered.

So i believe that this is a totally fraud company and have a single vision to loot its client.

This complaint is mainly for business owners who're about to go with this pathetic excuse of a listing company.

First of all, i'd like to blame myself as a director for trapping my beloved company consilium pathways into just-dial. I allowed myself to fall for the sweet talk of their sales team leader and completely ignored the container-ship loads of negative reviews posted online.

First of call, when we opened up our branch in mansa devi they had this marketing intern named vivek literally attack our phones day and night; texting and calling "sir kab plan lengay? Kab plan lengay?" and then he started coming to our academy 5 times a day for "sir please check dedo".
We explained to him that we'll go with justdial when we're ready but we're looking at all options, but this dude didn't relent, it came to a point where he started begging and crying for us to opt for listing or he'll loose his job. We eventually decided to cancel the just dial thing because of our logic "he who tries to sell too much, doesn't give too much" - god i wish i had held on to that.

Then they sent their big guns. A sweet talking team leader named mr. Javed who assured us that despite the negative reviews, we should try listing our business with just-dial and offered a lot of discounts. We were genuinely impressed with this person because he wasn't doing aggressive marketing and we fell for it.
We opted for a listing plan for one year and as expected, we only got 2 students in total from just dial.
After complaint after complaint to mr. Javed, he convinced us to go for a local area listing plan (Double the price of the original plan) in which he assured would give us return on investment. It was rs. 53, 000 rupees so we decided to go for emi.

3 months later, here we are being attacked with fake query upon fake query and not a single penny returned on the 15000 bucks that the emis took - i mean people literally scream at us that "we never even searched justdial!". We immediately gave this notice period to stop emi and have been assured that services will improve and emi will stop within 3 months.

Dear sir i surendra pal singh taken service of just dial shiv enterprises rajaji puram lucknow of rs total amount 7000/- which paid by cheque in the favor of just dial. This amount is in two part one is 2000 and second one of rs5000/-. This amount is already deducted from my bank punjab national bank rajajipuram lucknow dated 3 august 2018. Your concern officer mr adnan and abbas is told me no one any to be paid after this amount there is no ecs on this account. But after the month ecs send my bank of rs 776. So how could is possible in november the payment is deducted from my bank rs368, 115 and 44.

I request you please stop ecs against this account immediately i am not sign any documents of ecs. Other wise i go to court for this matter. We have some some proof regarding this case. So please stop this ecs and refund my money which deducted my bank.
