I am shyam i registered my business on justdial in september 2018, by justdial executive (Bablu thakur) saying that he will help me to expand my business by giving me a thirty calls, but not one call i received till today the worst part was that he had not informed us about ecs deduction. After a month they send me message for next payment, that is going to deduct from my a/c.
I immediately call to customer care...

Kindly find the attachment or Photo. My personal contact number has been updated in that company from JUST DIAL. I don't know anything about that company. Daily I am getting calls from that company from customers asking about product. From past one year I am fed up by answering them. kindly remove my personal contact number from that company. I had complained to customer care but I did'nt get any response from that....

I had ordered 4 mannequens from (Goa mannequens) ahmdabad and transfered a 17200 rs to mr mitul shah. But he did not deliver me the goods. Now when i am saying to refund money he is delaying it since 9-15...

I am registered as rs dental clinic. They gave me trial pack of two months at advance 4800 rs. Even one month was not over and they are deducting amount from my account. When i asked for cancellation of plan, they say you have to inform three months prior to cancellation. I am betrayed as i am a new business already short of money and they looted the money from me....

1 month before, behave searched for passport agent in bangalore in just dial. Have call the top agent which listed in just dial but he is fraud, he taken money from me and didn't submit passport form.
A company like just dial is listing the fraud agents no in top is very disappointing.

My company name was Deepti's makeup studio. I have already shut down my business. Befor 1 and half year ago i subscribe a service from JUST DIAL anr i have send reaptly mail to stop my ECS & service. Still now they didnt stop to deduct money from my account & didnt service stop. Kindly help me to stop deducting my balance from Justdail.

There was a call from stylenstock delhi based company claiming to reward me second prize vespa scooter absolutely free of cost, for which they says to transfer the 9925/- amount through jd pay after transaction they will reverse the money to my bank within 7 days. & on 10 oct 2018 exhibition is going on so they will give me the gift on that day in my city (Surat)....

Its been more than a week that i have been trying to change the keyword for our classes. I want to make phonics classes as the primary keyword as its our main line of business. I have made a call to justdial customer support to stop the contract on july 30, as i did not wanted to renew the contract, for that i also replied to mail which i received on july 28 for renewal stating that "i don't want to continue".
Even after that ecs did not stopped, and on top of that when i called them again on september 28 for deactivation of account, none of their executive connected me to customer support even after repetitive...

1) he took 5500 rupees in cash from us and gave a hand written bill dated 11/07/2018. When asked about the gst number he gave just dial's gst number (After following up for 4 weeks). - invoice with handwritten calculation by us attached

I had a contract with justdial.. Which clearly stated that I can cancel the contract after 3 months if I'm not satisfied with the services. And the unfortunate thing happened. Damn you just dial for the services you guys provide. Like for the past 2 months now I have called around 200 times to the man assigned to my business by you guys.. But not to my surprise he is completely ignoring my calls. Because of this monthly ecs are being deducted...

I have registered with lakshya institute of technology and management. Executive have done commitment that your institution will appear on 6th position but my institute is on above 10th position. Now he is telling it's on rotation basis. It simply mean he got the business by false commitment on behalf of just dial. I registered my business InnnovativeMinds on justdial on Aug-2017 and requested to stop ECS on 14th Sep-2018. It was not processed and again amount got deducted on 25th Sep. Customer care is saying only that I will get services for that amount. But I am already not satisfied with the services of justdial. Inplace Sulekha is giving much better services in less amount.
So why should I avail services forcefully. Kinldly help...
