excutive denish came to office was talking with sachin sir
he ans sachin sir both verbally accept the proposal send and amount of 3 lac 11 thousand was given
then after on 30/9/18
denish told sachin sir is nor accepting the amount
as nor received approval
i wan to ask if approval was not there why the cheque was pick up

my contract have been expired and if my renewal is done and that time category are not available then it will no do.
renew the proposal sent and verbal said words said by your company officers
renew my contract as of said amount 3.11

AND I STARTED COMPLAINING IN CUSTOMER CARE FROM 30/9/18
TILL TODAY ONLY ANSWER TECHNICAL PROBLEM WAS THERE WHEN PROPOSAL WAS GIVEN
SIR,
JUST DIAL IS A VERY BIG COMPANY AND HAVE LIABILITY TO PAY FOR ANY MISTAKE OR TECHNICAL ISSUE HAVE BEEN DONE. OR DONE BY OFFICER
IT WAS ACCEPTED ORALLY AND VERBALLY AND PROPOSAL WAS OK TILL 21/9/18 TILL TIME OF CHEQUE GIVEN FOR 10 YEARS RENEWAL BY SACHIN SIR AND RAKESH OHJA SIR AND MORE OFFICER NAME I DON'T KNOW.
AND NOW SACHIN SIR IS GIVEN PROPOSAL OF 7.5 LAC
SIR WHAT IS THIS THE AMOUNT 3.11 LAC AND 7.5 LAC

What the way did company officer solve the complaint or only till party get tied and fed up, then just dial officer remark as solved the complain

Always on renewal there are issue but this time as said by your company tongue words
And as proposal given after final dissustion the amount cheque was given on dated 21/9/18
But after 10 days date 30/9/18 cheque is returned to me and said company is not accepting the amount.
It’s not a matter only of contract now, but it has become a contract of trust which has been broken by your team. We were renewing for 10 year only on company name trust
Sir, company is not following the atheic policy and one tongue words.
Kindlly take positive measure to solve the issue
So ever old and new client can trust on company said words.

After final approval given date 19/9/18
Informing all higher authorities in your company had been following us since 8 months for renewal for forthcoming 10 years package vfl. And finally porposal was sent on mail to us. With final amount, lastly person of your sales team visited our office and excepted our cheque of 311000 which was committed to renew package for 10 years after concerning from his higher officials almost waiting for 3 hours at our office. Last amount was decided by u officials and then only we gave a cheque. At starting talks we were finalising in 3 lacs round figure and a copy of cheque was sent to your higher authorities (Sachin sir) by your sales person which was refused and finally amount decided was 311000 and a new cheque was given and duly accepted by your sales team person after permission taken by him from his higher authorities on phone.
Its not a matter only of contract now but it has become a contract of trust which has been broken by your team.
On my part i am sorry to say that your company has earned too much trust in market, its the trust only that small enterpreneurs just handle over cheques in your companys name to your representatives so kindly don’tbreak trust just for earning more money.
Lastly we never expected such commitments after a relation of seven lac eighty thousand and after then sachin sir told as 7 lac to given and renew for 10 years with your company.
Closing this letter expecting higher authorities will surely follow all commitments made by any officials on companies behalf.
