Absolutely atrocious service by just dial vendor

Kiran from alpha services is cheat

1) he took 5500 rupees in cash from us and gave a hand written bill dated 11/07/2018. When asked about the gst number he gave just dial's gst number (After following up for 4 weeks). - invoice with handwritten calculation by us attached

2) the repaired tv didn't even last a month and he refuses to service it under the warranty as agreed

Inspite of numerous chasers kiran only has excuses and didn't repair the tv again.in the last call made to him on 27/09/2018. He shouted on us

We have now brought to the notice of just dial

Please refrain from dealing with such cheats who offer inappropriate service

I had a contract with justdial.. Which clearly stated that I can cancel the contract after 3 months if I'm not satisfied with the services. And the unfortunate thing happened. Damn you just dial for the services you guys provide. Like for the past 2 months now I have called around 200 times to the man assigned to my business by you guys.. But not to my surprise he is completely ignoring my calls. Because of this monthly ecs are being deducted from my account. Even though I wanted to discontinue with it 2 months ago. I had to come here because you guys aren't giving me any response.

I have registered with lakshya institute of technology and management. Executive have done commitment that your institution will appear on 6th position but my institute is on above 10th position. Now he is telling it's on rotation basis. It simply mean he got the business by false commitment on behalf of just dial. After regularly calling address is not changed yet while i have given him a copy of aadhar card. I don't find myself to work with unprofessional organisation. So please de list me and get my money back.

I registered my business InnnovativeMinds on justdial on Aug-2017 and requested to stop ECS on 14th Sep-2018. It was not processed and again amount got deducted on 25th Sep. Customer care is saying only that I will get services for that amount. But I am already not satisfied with the services of justdial. Inplace Sulekha is giving much better services in less amount.
So why should I avail services forcefully. Kinldly help me to get refund of deducted amount.

As per my earlier complaint against less leads please find the new details.

1. I have purchased a whole Ahmedabad annual package for No.1 position in all areas of Ahmedabad. Now Ur Ahmedabad team is telling us to purchase a location wise package under newly assigned key words. Such as Taxi service at airport, etc...
May I know what non sense is this? Mr. Vijay( Ahmedabad sales team member) & his boss told us that Taxi Services key word had expired and we need to now purchase taxi services at airport, taxi services at Railway station etc.. such key words. Our hard earned money is not a joke..

2. After the update on server by Mumbai team member Mr. Dhaval Shrivastava on 24/09/2018. The leads had totally stopped. Earlier there were atleast 4-5 leads which are 0 now.

3. Whenever we call to connect to ur sales team or complaint department.. we are asked to be on hold for hours... But no concern person turn up... They keep transferring the calls.

Please consider this mail as final warning to solve this issue in next 24 hours or else on 1st October, 2018, we will be bound to lodge a fraud and cheating complaint under section 420(1), mental stress beared by us, loss incurred in business due to Just Dial negligence and non responsive behavior under RTI act 2005.

I asked for maid agency numbers from just dial. They gave me some details but those agencies were too far from my area which is himayat nagar in hyderabad. This happened twice. The third time they provided me a list of 9 contacts of agencies near himayat nagar. It turned out that none of those numbers exist. What kind of dirty joke was that. Very disappointed....

I'm a dentist by profession practicing in maharashtra. I had started just dial service from dec 2016. I had signed contract of 1 year with just dial for supreme pack. It was completed in dec 2017. I have requested them many time for stoppage of ecs after termination of my contract period. They have completely neglected my request n continue charging me rs 1151/- of ecs amount. I have been charged for 20 months for rs 23000/- just dial representative had assured me for 1 year contractual period. But even after completion of contractual period they are continuously charging me rs 1151/- from my sbi account neglecting my request. I had mailed them and had telephonic conversation many times for stoppage of service. I've also lodged complaint in concerned bank.
I request you to kindly look into matter and help me out regarding this issue. I'm submitting all the required documents.

The person called me 50 times till i didn't pay a cheque to them for listing my newly opened ielts training institute. After the cheque worth rs 30, 000/- got cleared i have been chasing them to provide the services they promised : visibility, uploading of videos, helping with the jd app and sharing of link but no one seems to respond. Sent emails and called the customer care. But they hardly seem to care. Strict action must be taken for the false promises and such cold behavior. They need to be taught after sales services.

I deal in insurance, and i am running my shop as shiva insurance agency, i signed a agrement with you for made my website shivainsuranceagency, com by your executive mr risubh. He told me that one time of payment rs. 14000/- giave me one year free listing on your portal with customer providing who interested in insurance. But after one year gone except 14000/- payment my monthly subcription already going on continously. I complained 03 times on your customer care number[protected] they assured me that your exective solved my problem but they did'nt.
So i request please stop my all subcription i am not interested your any proposal.

Then i have received a call from shivani and she told me that your contract will be stopped and no ecs will be charged.
Now deduction of rs 235 has been again started from 11-july-2018. I have called to customer support, they are saying that your contract is converted in weekly made. It has been done by without my concern.
Total amount has been deducted till date is rs.2585. Please take the correct action and refund this amount as soon as possible. Otherwise i will put this matter in consumer forum. I am having voice call recording of all communications done by shivani.

I placed a request on 12/09/2018 to update the number on the account and i was told it will done in next 24 to 48 hours. Yet it has not been updated, correct number is [protected], again i called on 15 to check if it has been updated but to my surprise it was not, a request was again taken by the representative to update the same, but when i called today it has still not been updated and when i wanted to speak to complaints team i was denied and was told concerned department is not available.
I am really surprised to see the coordination of justdial team, pathetic service.
Really sad to see just dial does not care about its customers.

Have got details for Star Groups packers and movers, Kandivali East from Justdial while shifting we noticed 4items from our home got misplaced later on came to know it got stolen by the (4boys) our society security and socii members caught him red handed with Liter Gun, silver glass, cash, Champaign bottle and just dial team not even bothered abt the case.

I am a subscriber of justdial service for which they are deducting 1180 from my bank ac every month through ecs. Last month on 22nd august 2018 i informed them to stop ecs and they assured it will stop and won’t deduct anymore money. But i didn’t get any confirmation message or mail from them. I kept calling but no use. They deducted money this month also. As i didn’t keep enough money in my account, they deducted fine of rs 295. I thought its over. But two days later another 295 has been deducted. This is a fraud company. I have their recorded conversation which they assured no ecs will be deducted from my account in september. They don’t respond properly now. I went to my bank and gave request to stop payment but that also doesn’t help. Now i don’t know what to do. They have my deposit amount of rs.3000 they could have very well taken from that but they keep charging from my account. Please help.

Intension and advertise with justdial is to grow in this industry with more than 15 years of experience in same field.
So i approch justdial and tell them to serve me best package for my catagories.
So immediatly i have received a mail from one of the marketing exc, from justdial for pdg means platinum /diamond and gold
Contract value for laptop repair catagories for dell/hp/acer /tosiba/apple/lg/iball/sony for certain zone in westermumbai they send me contract value is 2550000/- (Twenty five lacks fifty thousand)
So for me this amount is too high.
After that they continuous follows ups for registration and for activation.
After a month they run some promotion offer for same package on month end, huge discount more than 50% so they call me and told me offer is only for today so u please come so u will get golden opportunity committed me for more than 65000 inquiries in a year means more than 150 to 200 inquiries in a day for my catagories so i calculate.
And so we further proceed after disscussion with my partner
And paid a single cheque for 220 days contract.
Their senior management also verified the terms for the contract as they all were present.

I told them to deposit on 7 th feb, the deposit on 2 th feb and start a contract from 5 th feb 2018
So i approch jd after a week that not geeting inquires hardly i received 15 inquires (Duplicate inq, some fake inquire) in 2450000 contract.
Now they started avoiding call, not picking calls,
I have to reach their office at malad, and they tried to convice me that its just started so u will get flow from next month as the enqiry is low so wait for a month.
I thought is a brand we all know just dial since 2008 so they will not make us fool, so i respect and waiting for few more days as i have faith in justdial. And brand ambassador mr amitabh bachhan.

Moral is dont invest any xyz amount to such fraud, who dont have ability to give u buisness. They know how to make u fool have team of experience employee...

There mention a wrong mobile number on my profile with including a wrong address. customer care never sports to us. we already tell him to this all information is incorrect but still, they never change. customer care department never solved my problem every time they say your work is under process.
what I do and I don't understand how much time to give. please solved my problem

Sir, i searched for my modullar operation theater construction through just dial and selected the company called perfect air equipment, no : 1/93, sanjivee complex, pillaiyar koil street, mangadu main road, parani puthur, chennai 600 122. I have paid him money and he has started work in due course. For the past one month he has not visited me and also not answering my phone calls. The phone numbers shown in just dial are not responding and one at the bottom end[protected] is one of his ex-partner and he says ill about him. I request you to help me in retrieving the money and the equipments he took to alter.

I was continusely getting calls from just dial to register with them to expand my business. Their executive assured me that i will definitely get minimum 10 queries a day for my life time package that would cost me rs 17700 as thecompany receives more than 1.5 crore queries a day. I believed on them and paid online transaction of rs 17700 on 5th september 2018 but company didn't send me any invoice for my payment records. It's september 18 now i didn't receive any genuine quiery all i received were irrelevant 15-16 queries in last 13 days. I contacted thrice to the customer care executive but they failed to explain me. I mailed twice to the company to refund my money but got no response from them. I am highly disappointed please help me in getting my money back.
