Have got details for Star Groups packers and movers, Kandivali East from Justdial while shifting we noticed 4items from our home got misplaced later on came to know it got stolen by the (4boys) our society security and socii members caught him red handed with Liter Gun, silver glass, cash, Champaign bottle and just dial team not even bothered abt the case.

I am a subscriber of justdial service for which they are deducting 1180 from my bank ac every month through ecs. Last month on 22nd august 2018 i informed them to stop ecs and they assured it will stop and won’t deduct anymore money. But i didn’t get any confirmation message or mail from them. I kept calling but no use. They deducted money this month also. As i didn’t keep enough money in my account, they deducted fine of rs 295. I thought its over. But two days later another 295 has been deducted. This is a fraud company. I have their recorded conversation which they assured no ecs will be deducted from my account in september. They don’t respond properly now. I went to my bank and gave request to stop payment but that also doesn’t help. Now i don’t know what to do. They have my deposit amount of rs.3000 they could have very well taken from that but they keep charging from my account. Please help.

I am sharing my personal experience,

Intension and advertise with justdial is to grow in this industry with more than 15 years of experience in same field.
So i approch justdial and tell them to serve me best package for my catagories.
So immediatly i have received a mail from one of the marketing exc, from justdial for pdg means platinum /diamond and gold
Contract value for laptop repair catagories for dell/hp/acer /tosiba/apple/lg/iball/sony for certain zone in westermumbai they send me contract value is 2550000/- (Twenty five lacks fifty thousand)
So for me this amount is too high.
After that they continuous follows ups for registration and for activation.
After a month they run some promotion offer for same package on month end, huge discount more than 50% so they call me and told me offer is only for today so u please come so u will get golden opportunity committed me for more than 65000 inquiries in a year means more than 150 to 200 inquiries in a day for my catagories so i calculate.
And so we further proceed after disscussion with my partner
And paid a single cheque for 220 days contract.
Their senior management also verified the terms for the contract as they all were present.

I told them to deposit on 7 th feb, the deposit on 2 th feb and start a contract from 5 th feb 2018
So i approch jd after a week that not geeting inquires hardly i received 15 inquires (Duplicate inq, some fake inquire) in 2450000 contract.
Now they started avoiding call, not picking calls,
I have to reach their office at malad, and they tried to convice me that its just started so u will get flow from next month as the enqiry is low so wait for a month.
I thought is a brand we all know just dial since 2008 so they will not make us fool, so i respect and waiting for few more days as i have faith in justdial. And brand ambassador mr amitabh bachhan.

Moral is dont invest any xyz amount to such fraud, who dont have ability to give u buisness. They know how to make u fool have team of experience employee...

Shubham land promotors i have started my justdial package from 31/08/2018 i had given 3 month advance payment but the message come on my mobile number

I have started from 31 august how it is possible to close my account
I also submited three month payment

There mention a wrong mobile number on my profile with including a wrong address. customer care never sports to us. we already tell him to this all information is incorrect but still, they never change. customer care department never solved my problem every time they say your work is under process.
what I do and I don't understand how much time to give. please solved my problem

Sir, i searched for my modullar operation theater construction through just dial and selected the company called perfect air equipment, no : 1/93, sanjivee complex, pillaiyar koil street, mangadu main road, parani puthur, chennai 600 122. I have paid him money and he has started work in due course. For the past one month he has not visited me and also not answering my phone calls. The phone numbers shown in just dial are not responding and one at the bottom end[protected] is one of his ex-partner and he says ill about him. I request you to help me in retrieving the money and the equipments he took to alter.

I was continusely getting calls from just dial to register with them to expand my business. Their executive assured me that i will definitely get minimum 10 queries a day for my life time package that would cost me rs 17700 as thecompany receives more than 1.5 crore queries a day. I believed on them and paid online transaction of rs 17700 on 5th september 2018 but company didn't send me any invoice for my payment records. It's september 18 now i didn't receive any genuine quiery all i received were irrelevant 15-16 queries in last 13 days. I contacted thrice to the customer care executive but they failed to explain me. I mailed twice to the company to refund my money but got no response from them. I am highly disappointed please help me in getting my money back.

A call received by your representative today i. E 18.09.2018 from the mobile number +91 [protected] time around 10.38 a. M., where a guy who had made the call. Behaved in an improper manner. I guess just dial do not promote such kind of behavior. Moreover why your company engage such people who has a bad temperament. Your company or its employees has no right to call anybody and insult or defame them over the telephone. More a less everyday i receive the call from just dial which has now hitting my nerves. On top of that if your employees uses any unethical language than it shall not be tolerated.

I have also lodged a police complaint for the same.

I have register my company in delhi, the representative mr. Vishal kesarwani told me that if you will not get business i will closed your registration. I am giving rs.3560 for registration per month. I have asked him to closed the deal, he promised and said the deal is closed but still my ecs is debited from account.
I want to close the deal for delhi, this is not right way to do business. The representative mr. Vishal says that company is responsible for all this. So, either he is fraud or the company.
Please resolve my issue.

Just dial is a mismanaged and fraudulent company. We registered our company last year and were told by keyur that either we discontinue or renew after a year. It’s been one year we are struggling with the wrong address and no business.in july we contacted dimple to stop ecs she said you cannot discontinue and asked to try different plans. We still wanted to discontinue and dropped e-mail for which i received a call after week. Jatin again started giving different plans. The executives threaten thatcalls are recorded they deny and manipulate. We still receive message that ecs remains continued and asked me to contact after december inspite of asking for termination. Jatin said he will call in 48hrs, 5 days passed no one called i had to drop an email again. If the mistake is from their side they say sorry and if we have not answered their call they show as if it’s our fault. Termination process has still not started

I started my business and registered with just dial, they took signature in ecs form stating that we can stop at any point of time by giving a request. Since the business is not going good, we discontinued the same but the ecs deduction we could not stop because when we approach customer care of just dial, they asked us to approach bank, when we did so, bank said that they can't do anything as jd dust not provide any details to bank hence only jd can stop the ecs.

Just dial is earning money through ecs payment only, i am planning to go to consumer court.

Just dial collect payment for business listing of my business on 05 september 2018 and after that i have faced a problem regarding address of my business from last 10 days and every time i called to just dial customer care they give me time of 48 hrs and again after completed of 48 hrs they again ask me to wait for 48 hrs and again after completed 48 hrs they ask me to wait for next 48 hrs. There is no management and no right commitment from just dial side. My business is surviving due to wrong address detail and just dial technical team have no solution for that.
When taking payment from customer your sales man call so many times and visit on single call but when we face a problem their is no one who resolve the issue.
I need to know is this the way you treat your customer.

Please justify your action and reply with solution as earliest possible.

Wanted to transport my stuffs from Pune to Bhubaneswar. Got the contact number of SUPER CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS, PUNE from justdial.com who has been registered with justdial. com

After being harashed and blackmailed by SUPER CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS, I wanted to lodge a complaint against the above transporter in justdial. com

Called the customer care of justdial.com in [protected] at about 1600 hrs on 13/09/2018 and was told by the staff of customer care that as the executives of complaint department are busy they will call you back. Till 2000 hrs no one called me from comolaint department of justdial.com.

Then again I called back to customer care at around 2000 hrs and one Mr Ranjan attended me and explained the entire story of earlier call to justdial.com and told me that he will request the complaint department to call me back on urgent basis. Till 2200 hrs on 13/09/2018 there was no response from the complaint department of justdial. com

Again called to customer care of justdial. com at about 2200 hrs and Mr Ranjan picked the phone and narrated the entire negligence of complaint department of justdial. com

It is a request to justdial.com to instruct their complaint department staff to be responsible for the interest of the public. Orelse it will be presumed that justdial. com is deliberately registering FRAUD companies in their Web site.

They quoted me 8, 000 but they r charging 19, 000 now...i hav evn paid him 1, 000 in advance..they have taken my goods n if i ask my goods back they r saying to pay 5, 000...i request justdial to take necessary action and help me in getting my goods back...
My goods cost more than 1, 00, 000 rupees and includes a TV and a Scooty too...i want my goods back as soon as possible...

Iam very disappointed with your worst service ..im one of your existing customer who was getting continous calls from ur staff nd she explained abt the life time package Rs 11500. Aftr sm days i renewed it and reactivated my justdial ac..but now im not getting any cals frm my new client coz my no has not uploaded over thr nd if i searched salons in sirsi not getting my business ac rather thn some othrs salons like show off lakme nd all r showing... That salons r recently opened nd im ur existing cust nd running my business frm last 2 yrs nd my clients r disputed over thr ..if thngs hpn continously i wil drag u consumer court ...

This mail is regarding the issue that i have been facing from last 10 months.
The issue was that i am a maruti suzuki dealer in bulandshahr, uttar pradesh
I have updated my listing on just dial page since your one of the executive came and told me how can i get benefit from listing my business on just dial page and i purchased your contract package.
Further when i check my listing on jd website, under the heading business information the heading goes like this :
Shiva honda in jewar and all the information was updated was of honda two wheeler dealer.
I reported the same issue to your executive many times and also on customer care number, but every time i false promise was made. I also did the follow-up and they keep on saying please give us 48 hours to resolve this but the issue was still the same. Since i am a business man and i don’t have much time to spare for keep following up for this small issue.
Further on 30 august 2018 i get call from one of your executive saying your contract is about to expire and update to premium package for rs 17000.
I listed the same problem to that executive and told him first get my listing update correctly and then i will pay you the premium for package and he said it will be resolved with in 48 hours you proceed with the payment i give you my assurance.
After getting my contract activated, your executive assured me that the problem will be resolved with in 48 hours.
Now in addition to the previous problem and new problem arise that was of address. The address mentioned was now incorrect.
The correct address is s. K & company, near t point shikarpur bye pass road, bulandshahr, uttar pradesh. Pin -203001
On 2 nd september 2018, i again whatsapp your executive about the issue and he said he is working on it.
Then on 5 september 2018 i again whatsapp him and the same answer was given to me.
Then on 7 september i make him a phone call, he said that kindly mail me the electricity bill so that i can get your address corrected. I mailed him immediately.
I have been fooled my times just dial
Now we are sitting on 10th day of september and even after continuous follow up on phone call as well as on whatsapp, i did not get any satisfactory response.
I request you to kindly look into this utmost priority and get my listing update without any failure with in 48 hours. I also need the compensation for the inconvenience and my valuable time that has been wasted following up your fake promises employees.

I am here to tell that the way you people deducting the ecs amount from my account and charging extra amount after deducting on time, and we requested to your marketing person mr. Murali, [protected] and arpita (Arpi) telecaller we informed that to change account details they changed but still they deducting the amount from my previous account. Details which i have given to you people, its so irritating an we are calling your marketing person and telecaller they are not lifting my call at all, u people are very irresponsible. Before we sign the contract u guys talk very nicely after that u people show your attitude i really fedup with u people, y u guys deducting amount 2 times in month or else after deducting amount u will charge extra amount for late pay after deducting on time,

Do you guys think its correct i want immediate response as soon as. Or else i have all the proof messages and bank statements which we received from justdial i will go legally an same time i will update in face book, instagram, and social media with all proof an i will give this in press also if i wont get call from you guys tomorrow before 10am.

We contacted "excellent passport service" through just dial, the vendor took our bank statement and other KYC documents and 1500 rupees and didn't done our work, instead was abusive over phone and was theartning to misuse KYC documents.
Have raised complaint to just dial by dialing just dial customer care, also shared review on page.
But no one helped us regarding this.
Also despite of several reminders "excellent passport service" is not returning our money back
Need urgent attention on this

I have submitted the complaint for stopping my ecs for the services provided by the just dial, i have received confirmation mail from chetan gomare (Sr. Process associate, retention team) that the ecs will be stopped with in 90 working days on 11/05/2018, however still the ecs for the month of september is debited the company is cheating, ecs be immateriality stopped
