Hello, i wanted to register my second company on justdial as a vendor. But i came across mr. Deepak, he was very pushy and rude ‭+[protected]‬. He sent me a threatening message as well that now i would have to pay double to register, i enquired about it yesterday, and he wants me to pay on the same day, i had informed them that ill check how the system is working in the area i required and want some time to gather the key words. I would have called once i would have done the needful. But they kept on calling and messaging during my busy work hours, and eventually he sent me a threat message. I have shared the screenshots. Please look into the matter. I never expected such a service from justdial employee. And please ask someone well mannered to contact me so i can go ahead with the registration

I had contacted just dial for a local movers and packers, and i got connected on to shubham india packers and movers. They came and collected my package 20 days ago for door to door service. 5000 rs was collected from me but till date the package has not been delivered to goa and inspite of several calls they seem to have avoided the calls. Hence as a consumer i have been cheated of cash as well as all the items i have sent across. I hold just dial responsible for this as it is through you such in reliable serves are provided without any cross checks being done on such companies. I will be filing a complaint against just dial as well as shubham packers for my loss.

Be aware of a carpenter called santhosh from film nagar, hyderabad with phone - [protected]... He is a fraud and sweet talker.. His mode of operation is like this — he will quote — ask for 60% advance — he will supply some cheap material worth 20% of the cost,... After that he will just try to avoid saying someone is dead, or type got punctured... He will give his bank account details also... After that he will never pick up your phone...

Like any small business enthusiastic person i also wanted to list my company under pet accessories and pet food whole sale supplier. But unfortunately i was mislead, harrassed and mentally tormented by some just dial officials, in kolkata, namely saurav, sushmita, tapas. They commited me the whole of eastern india for lifetime after confirming each other and took a pdc cheque for rs 17700/- from me dated 25th july, 18. Nor have they fulfilled their commitment nor are they returning my cheque, i have called time and again. Therefore i request a firm action should be taken against these dubious people so that the brand name of just dial is not tarnished. Please contact me and get my cheque returned at once. Users please don't trust just dial positive reviews it's all fake.i went to a numerologer by looking those positive reviews, I lost 15 k money because numerologer has given fake gem stone so I posted negative review but just dial is not accepting that review. I called customer care many times they are saying all stupid reasons ."FAKE JUST DIAL POSITIVE REVIEWS"....

Team Just Dial

I am really shocked with the delivery of commitments of Just Dial marketing executives. Worse than pathetic.
I have been told that my service will get activated on the same day when I will make the payment.

I made the entire payment in one go on 18th and still waiting for activation of my services.
I can understand that there are time taken in the process but marketig people should not make the unnecessary wrong commitment.
The behavior of market people at just dial is pathetic no one even bother to pick the call.

I have been receiving call every 5 minutes when the contract had to initiate and people were making me offer.
My calls were picked on a single bell and now when I have already made the payment the service delivery has changed drastically.
People has started ignoring the calls.

Let me know if this cannot be done, I'll proceed for de-activation of contract and refund of my money.

Justdial is contacting me and making a nuisance by repeated calls for subscribing as in past I was a customer of Just Dial. They call from different number everytime or mostly so we cannot even block the number. It is really very much a nuisance and should be debarred from doing business. They say what is the problem that we are not subscribing to the service ! Very cheeky company...Called yesterday itself when I was out of town.
I am on DNC list, still they call and disturb...
I do not want any further nuisance calls from Justdial.
Moreover they talk big about their crores of business from here and there and give very shabby if no service but only frustration. Avoid them...

For Some mis understanding this accident was happened from my client, But previous Sepember 2017 problem was Solved .
now I got message from another claient that''s your company have this negative message, this review is not good for me.

I am Kalai Selvan from CUPIX, Kodungaiyur, ch-118. We have made payment of 22k for our PDG and Banner. Your Executive has said that he got approval from his higher officer and made me to pay this amount (22k). After all the processing has been done, now he is saying that no banner and sorry i have made lie for picking the order. This has been very bad approach from your side. Kindly lodge a complaint against him, and give me the banner for the amount i have paid.

I am using the number[protected], but I am getting calls on this number as it is registered on justdial website @ fifth gear car service. kindly remove it as I am getting unwanted calls which is very agitating. I am pasting the link of your website so that you can reach that page.

Please note that I have highered/Subscribed a service from just Dial and contracted JustDial for 2 months & paid a fee of 4720 INR. in exchange of Commitment by JUSTDIAL sales person(Prashant Tripathi)/ team for confirm regular Leads(for higher-ups my services as a Interior /Event Decorators). My complaint is:-

1. My profile was not operative for a very long time i.e, 25 days inspite of repeated complaint calls to JustDial on [protected]. Every person on the phone employee of JUSTDIAL was observed fooling around. The complaint no.s given / searched from internet none of them were functional(out of service).

2. The sales Person Mr. Prashant Tripathi & the Sales Team always Commited to us for 100% guaranteed Leads on regular basis, But none have been received till date.

Both of these points have put us in lot of nuisance since We highered & believed in JUSTDIAL.
Please take action against such Actions which can be summarized as FRAUD against us/JustDial clients.

I am madhulika from sdm experts (A digital marketing training institute) in sagarpur pankha road. I paid justdial amount of rs 9310 in three months for the services. They commited that they will give leads for our business but we did not got any lead for digital marketing all we are getting is fake leads for spoken english and computer classes that too from very far away places like gurugram, mahipalpur and all. We have already informed this to justdial in the month of may and asked them to cancel the services to which they said that they will cancel it in a week "if you will not get proper response". But till date they haven't cancelled the services and are charging us rs1705 every month for nothing. I have already told them that i am not satisfied with their services and will not pay them any more ecs as i am not getting any business from them i also want my rs9310 refunded as their services are disgusting.

Inspite of repeated intimation, the just dial company is not stopping ecs in our account giving a reason that we have a give a notice period of atleast three months for which we have to pay and also after that the two months security will also not adjusted with that.

On speaking to the customer care executives, they are not ready to clarify the issue and somehow trying to continue the ecs.

The faith on which we have made a contract with just dial has totally gone. False commitments and wrong guidence being the major part.

No senior person is ready to deal and lower staff who dont even have enough atticates to talk to a customer are halding customer relation.

We had a connection of just dial in the name of goMap Software Solutionz Pvt. Ltd. Indore. We complain many times to terminate our connection over call but every time just dial person promise us but they are not taking any action in this regard. They deduct amount directly from our bank account. We are trying to close this connection by last 3 month but just dial is not terminating our connection and deduct amount directly from our bank account. We already had requested many times over call but they are not giving proper answer to us.
Please resolve our problem and make sure just dial return our all deducted amount as soon as possible.

We are trying to stop our ECS from past 3 months since may 2018 but all in vain. Just dial Pune office is the biggest fraud and there customer support of Pune office is also a big fraud. Even my contract of 1 year is over they are still deducting ECS from my bank account and taken three months advance from us . So technically there should be a deduction of only 9 months ECS as three month advance EMI is already paid by me. Followingis the last mail is sent to them from us in June. But still the ECS is deducted.

I believe it's some kind of fraud Justdial is doing with many of its customers as I can see tons of complaints online against just dial and we need to launch an official cyber crime complaint against them.

No one is replying to our emails and picking up call on[protected]. Are Pune office people are sleeping OR they are such Lazy that they cannot pick up the phone. If there is someone monitoring the quality standards of service in Just Dial Ltd. then kindly make a note of our this email on priority.

I am the Director of Laqshya Insititute and we are trying to raise our request to stop the ECS since May 26, (Our first official mail sent from [protected]@laqshya.in to [protected]@justdial.com) After this there were 3 email sent to sam ID and 2 emails on chetan.[protected]@justdial.com but all in vain as per mr.chetan he didnt recieved any of my mails yesterday.

Please be informed that we have given request to STOP THE ECS debit as our contract for 1 year will be over on 31.07.2018. Following is the details of our contract :

This is an official request to kindly stop our ECS payment from immediate effect. The amount of ECS is being debited is Rs.2950/-

We have paid 3 Months Advance EMI, which should be refunded.

As our agreement will be over on 31.07.2018, consider this as our official request to stop the agreement. Since we are not going to renew the agreement, so there is no need for 90 days notice. Kindly reply with confirmation of stopping the ECS with justdial & 3 months advance emi details are as below -

I am totally disappointed with you. Customer supported team is not able to resolve our queries properly.

From last few couple of days i am getting equivalent to NIL leads on every day, but why not able to understand !!!

Always customer support team tell me that online generations are less as compared that's why you are getting less responses, if so then why don't you clear that matter initially, that this type of situations would come in future ??????

WHAT I UNDERSTAND THIS IS YOUR MASTER PLAN OF GAME TO PERSUADE CUSTOMERS. First 2 months you have given excellent services then it's your turn to capture us for the higher version of plan, so that you can generate higher profit.

My ECS has been deducting Rs 3000 + GST every month as well as i have given 3 month's security to you as well, then why i have suffer this type of problems. Who will responsible for the losses beard to me. Why you STOPPED giving LEADS.

Every time called to customer care executives and different persons attend the cal with different and different types of answers according to their own mood.
