Just dial has become one of the most fraud-est company who just want to make money by be fooling the people and not providing the services as promised at the time of making a contract. Their so called agents promised a lot at the time of contract, but when complaint to them about the services, they do not talk properly and. I have taken a plan and paid a one time amount for 2 years, but after the one year, i am not satisfied with the services, i asked to terminate the contract and pay the remaining amount which is around 12k, but they refused to refund the balance nd ask me to take a different plan with remaining amount. Now when i am asking them to give a upgraded plan with the remaining amount on monthly basis, they are again refusing it and asking for more money for a year. This is really disgusting and clearly shows that they don't want to either give services to give the money back.

I request consumer forum to take a strict legal action against such company's management.

We have made contract with justdial in december 2015 after that they started deducting money from our bank account directly through ecs every month.

Since we are not getting proper enquires we asked them to terminate our account and stop deducting ecs from our bank account but now they are saying that the agreement is auto renewal and you have to bear the charges till january 2019 if you don't wish to continue then also you have to bear the charges.

At the time of making the agreement their executive never told us about this & even not informed us about the auto renewal will be done after 1 year.

We don't want any deduction from our account as any agreement can be terminated by giving prior notice but this is totally theft.

We once again request justdial to stop deducting money from our account through ecs & terminate the agreement.

Since business contract came to end in March i have contacted Justdial to stop ECS as from their ECS department their Employee spoke very rudely & said do whatever you want to do i cannot do anything for ECS Concern even when i said that i will approach to Consumer Forum she said its all my fault if you dont want to go into membership then why the hell you register your business in JustDial. Such a Pathetic Employee of JustDial Company. Yet the issue is not resolved. one of the Ever bad Decision for associating with Just Dial.

Today I am writing after all means to put complain over phone but some how operators keep on hold saying transferring the call to complaint cell and later gets disconnected. Now, I am writing you in length to share the trauma I have mentally and financially faced because of vendors who called up through Just Dial listing.

Therefore without wasting further time I am sharing my experience as follows:

I have been calling just Dial since Dec 2017 for a placement agencies contact number to hire a full time maid. Now as a usual procedure I got numbers over message and at the same time your operators said to share my details with few service providers where-in I got call from a vendor named saifuddin from shalimar placement Services. And after all terms finalized I hired a girl named Payal.
Shalimar Placement Services whose self acclaimed owner is Saifuddin [protected], & Maid Payal - [protected] we hired her paying installment amount of INR 15000/-.
She stayed at my place for 2 days and then he came to pick her back, saying there's an emergency at her home, he gave 13000 back saying I had this much only. We didn't mind because he said will bring her back in 2-3 days. But never turned up. Now initially he placed his cell phone off then when we got connected and I warned to log a complain, in return he said he will complain about me in return that I employed her and didnt pay him anything. So, we left the matter saying he was not a good vendor.

Now, again I got in touch with Just Dial asking for Maid agency numbers in the month of January itself, then I DSB Management company - Maurya came in touch with us. They posed themselves a highly professional saying we will get the form signed with agency charges in advance then interview of candidates will start as per your convenience and then you will get the maid. After taking the ratings on Just Dial I paid him charges of 11000/- in advance out of 20000/- in total. Till here we had notions that DSB is a pretty professional company so nothing to worry about and moreover the source from where this agent came in contact is Just Dial, the company whom Amitabh Bachchan is endorsing must not be involved in any such terms breach activity.

But, I was wrong this Maurya named guy so called owner of DSB Mgmt their contact numbers are as follows: Maurya - [protected], and his HR Sandeep [protected] after taking money in cash, kept on lingering saying as of now we don't have candidate as per your requirement so will do it by 2-3 days and so on... Lastly after 1 month chasing him and his team, one day my husband visited his office. Without any fear or shame he said you can do nothing, only way is to wait we will arrange else do whatever you want, we again gave him a week or so benefit of doubt, Then we warned him the consequences that can lead him him questioning in court of law, but he was just not worried at all rather said us do whatever you can. Then as a last resort we had to log in a complaint against him at Sector 9, Dwarka Police station and an officer do visited his office along with my husband. He (Maurya) very bluntly said the officer to mind other cases because police has nothing to do in case of cash. I feel pity how can frauds like them challenge Indian Law and Judiciary system.

I am scared if this is the jurisdiction power and the confidence of people committing crimes and frauds that in front of officer people like Maurya says officer these kind of statement, then I fail to see who can be the last resort of such issues in the country.
Now giving a brief about me I and my husband both are working so for me its dire need to have a helper at home and even after such instance I trusted Just Dial - such a trusted name of online contact information for every damn thing.

I called up from one of my family member's number Archana Sinha 9xxxxxxxx5 on 23rd May 2018, asking for Maid Placement service. As your standard procedure an agency person called up named Mohit - [protected] saying I got your number from Just Dial. Taking all information about our requirement brought a girl named Sakshi and as usual this time we gave INR 16000/- as installment out of 20000 and 5000 salary in advance. She stayed at my place on 24th may onward and things were all OK, but she wasn't working properly every time like lost person but I ignored thinking person takes time to settle. Not just this I kept on giving her food according to her choice just to make her settle well. By 11:30 pm of 25th May I went to sleep and she also locked her room to sleep. At 4 am in the morning of 26th May she used washroom. Why I know these things precisely because I live with my In-Laws and my mother in - law have the habit to wake up by 4 am or 5 am in morning. Now from 6 am onward when my mother-in-law started knocking her door to wake her up, she didn't respond till 6:45 am to 7:00 am we were just gazing how to get into the room. Then at last honoring our country's Law we informed police at 100 and the cops from sector 9 Dwarka police station came and broke the door. Then we discovered she escaped from balcony.
Thereafter, as per the police guidance we logged missing complain, along with that we checked the CCTV cameras of the DDA Aptt. where we got a CCTV footage showing sakshi walking out of the DDA Apartments at 5:08 am, she flung from Entry gate. Later morning we called up the centre guy Mohit he said I don't know where did she go. IAS officer of Sector 9 Dwarka Police station assigned the officer, he and we both kept on calling these people. Initially he responded later his mobile got switched off. Now after such an incident forget about money we are to get worried about, if she would have physically harmed someone in my family I have 2 old parents in house, 2 small children. Tell me who is answerable from Just Dial over such a case, and after these many incidents I am forced to knock the door, asking the reason of such a mental trauma my whole family has gone through. For next 6-7 days time we used to wake up again and again in the mid night thinking she might not have climbed back to the room.

In today's day there are indefinite number of services and indefinite number of Just Dial types intermediaries but still people like us trust you at Just Dial to enroll a verified and trusted people. Sorry to say, but you are equally responsible person to those vendor and those maids who committed such wrong act with us.
And let me tell you this is not it, if the problem the monetary loss I have gone through remains unaddressed I will certainly escalate to other various mediums, till I get my resolution.
Let me tell you its not that legendary Mr. Amitabh Bachchan will remain associated with the company who are unanswerable over these acts and we common man keep on getting cheated.

In order to support the incidents happened with me I am hereby attaching each and every copy of form and the CCTV Footage of the maid named SAKSHI as per Mohit the agent who brought her to us.

I have booking tarin ticket yesterday means 10/06/2018 at night 11:40 pm and i am booked in my card only. But ticket was not booked. My money will be taken in my card. Pls return my faster. I have lot of why should we take my money. Turn it quickly. And other wise am not booked in justdial. I will booked in some other web. Just dial is best app i ever seen. But i lose hope. The advertising service provided by justdial does not make sense for our business. We hardly get any credible leads for the business. Instead, there are constant queries about vacancies and internships.
Assurances made by the marketing executive before the contract proved to be all wrong. Leads are of no use to our business and our time is wasted by multiple calls throughout the day.
Attempt to close the contract through website
The process of accessing and modifying our business details through the justdial website is disfunctional. To edit our listing, we need to enter a verification code, which is sent to the registered phone number or the email id. Every attempt to edit the listing is stopped because the verification is either received after 4-6 hours or not at all.

Attempt to close the contract through helpline number
In addition to the attempts made through website, multiple attempts have been made through calling the helpline number. During the working hours, the phonelines make you wait for more than 10 mins. I think it is their way to persuade their customers to drop the call after long waiting periods.

Please help us in closing the account and continous drain of our hard-earned money.

Was looking to book a train ticket through justdial, but forgot my irctc password. But somehow the amount of rs.157.43 on jun 7 11:45 am was deducted from my account. But the ticket was not booked for that transaction.

It was repeated again when i tried booking for a different train, but the refund initiated message came as soon as it was deducted. This seems to be really hard when i try to make easier for ticket bookings.

I had enrolled for just dial membership on[protected] and paid rs. 17, 700/- by cheque to rishi mishra (Just dial executive) as membership fees for 10 years for beauty parlor services.
After enrollment, i started getting lead for beauty parlour services which i received for only few days and suddenly lead got vanished. I therefore called rishi mishra but he said that he left your organization and hence had to contact your customer care [protected]. The customer care executive had noted my issue and told me that he would arrange a call from the client servicing department within 48 hours.
When i didn’t received any call from just dial, i contacted direct customer support number[protected] where in turn they asked to pay more for getting leads.
I don’t want to pay more money. Your company not fulfill commitments and running ponzi schemes to cheat innocent folks.
I feel justdial cheated me. I want to my money back.
I will go the legal way if i didn’t received my money/any response from your end within three days.

I had order 2 extension board and paid amount of rs 878/- for the same on website http://www.abbasiscrap.com/ and was showing delivery date 7-may-2018, 1:15 p. M. But so far i didn't received the order.

Kajal gupta and girish from delhi have used my cheque to withdraw money from my bank even after being told to stop the cheque. They are frauds and have used my cheque to their benefit. Kajal has not been responding to my calls as well. I want the team of his justdial to help me resolve this issue. She has not given me any information and had used my cheque in an inappropriate way. To initiate her incentives she and girish have been using me.

I’m contacted justdial for wifi contaction they send a fraud vendor of wifi connection hi take my id and rs2000 and then hi said he’ll be back in an hour but he didn’t come back and his number is also switch off now it’s 2days. From the incident. Plese help me.
And the justdial branch incharge mumbai and delhi (Me. Subramanyam and shivanika) they are ignoring my case and refused to talk continuously. Please take some action against both of them also

I have given prior intimation to Just Dial thru customer care on call and thru mail communications and on call with Divya in ECS Team and with Padmapriya Sales team in Coimbatore as shown below that,

I have closed my business and so No cheque or ECS to be processed and to be deactivated immediately. But still ECS has been hit to my account yesterday. This is not fair to just dial. Please check with concern team and refund my amount. I am not interested to get any further services from Just Dial on this for BRR TRAVELS as it is closed now. I like to end up this with my amount refunded. Bad experience with Just Dial. Thanks for that, but please don't continue this with other customers like this.

Hi we are about to start a kids activity centre in chennai and enquired the details for the same. Your executive mr. Vijay came to our and gave details and he was not that much polite person. Later today they told me if paying on card will get for offer and i accepted for it. Due to some technical issues i was not able to make payment and so i thought will pay for 3 months and proceed with that. Your guys spoke to us even if it's 3 months i have to pay 36000+tax which was totally stupid. When we were enquiring this mr. Vijay spoke very rudely and he said if you are interested you proceed else you need not. The slang the voice tone he spoke was very wild and rude. We never expected from your side and don't know how to proceed with just dial. One person way speaks all. Let me clear out all and proceed further.

Parth bhatt from jd contacted me in september 2017 at ahmedabad. I started ad with them, they told me monthly payment of 2360 will be debited every month, and there is 3 month advance cheque, as it takes time to activate ecs. He told me that as cheque is taken, ecs will be debited only after 3 months, they never provided me contract agreement which had all payment related terms and conditions. They send email that only says important contract details are there in this email but there is no attachments, they started ecs on very next month, when contacted they told me that contract duration is one year so last two months payment will not be debited from ecs and will be taken from this cheque amount, which initially they did not inform, on repeatedly asking for contract agreement, i never received. I wanted to stop this ad, now they are telling me ecs will continue as per contract agreement, and it will take 90 days to stop ecs, while i contacted bank, they told me once initiated, ecs stop process can be done within 15 days. They are not stopping the ad, not refunding the advance amount, and over and above continuing to debit ecs.

Hi, I am Dr.khushboo garg from Care N Smile and Fun N Fitness... Listed under u... I have recently made payment for the 10 yr proposal at just dial for both my companies and had advised not to debit money from my account which was a monthly payment plan with justdial for care n smile...

To my dissappointment an amount of 3400 has been deducted this month from my personal account on which there was a monthly emi plan...

Plz ask some o[censored]r representative to contact me for same as this amount deducted from my account needs to be refunded as well as the monthly payments happening from my personal account needs to be stopped... A 10 yr payment has been generated in May 2018...

Our firm apex legal ([protected]) is listed on justdial.com under lifetime plan (10 years plan). But since queries were less, the relationship manager ms. Ritika arora and amit negi asked me to upgrade the plan and insisted upon payment of additional rs. 29500 (Including gst to upgrade the plan).

Hoping better services, i had made payment of rs. 29500 on 12 may 2018 but surprisingly i was not given a receipt or invoices for the same till date.

Also, services have not been upgraded despite repeated calls and reminders

We had made payment expecting upgrading of services and better inquiries but the inquiries have altogether stopped and we are getting inquiries in only 2-3 areas.
