I want to terminate the contract which just dial representative has taken with me without explaining me the terms and condition.
I want to stop the ecs amount which they are deducting it from my bank.
Just dial representative mr. Abhishek has come to me 3 to 4 times for give him some just dial work and use some service but due to incorrect attitude of the company i wanted to terminate my contract. But company is not stopping my ecs mandate and they are deducting 1180/- from my account at every month.
Kindly do the needfull

We got registered our business jade fashion boutique in the month of aug 17. After sometime, we decided to stop our ecs to just dial due to some internal policy change. We requested to stop ecs immediately. They said they had taken request for the same and confirmed that after 3 more ecs, new presentation would be stopped. It was suppossed end on 2nd of april 18. During the same time around, we got reminder mail from justdial for contract expiry. As we didnt any idea about of continuing, we didnt do any mail to continue our contract. However, on 5th of april, ecs had been presented, and the amount was debited. When i called customercare, he replied with irresponsibility saying we would have reminded them again before last ecs to stop presenting ecs. While we get reminding of expiration of our contract on end and we dont reply to reply to renewal of contract, does it mean that we dont want to continue our contract? Inother word, if the contract is over, we dont pay, will they continue our contract?
Just dial is making business person fools and cheating them.

Invoice No. UP1217SN[protected] which had been availed on 27/11/2017 As TOP SLOT IN MATHURA; I have not been receiving any inquiries from JD from Mathura location where five months gone. I have phoned many times to JD but they always said that there is no call flow in this location that’s why you are not receiving inquiries.

To confirm, I have raised pest control need via phone- [protected] yesterday and waited that there must be information about my company but surprisingly got I have not got any information from JD on my registered phones. Apart from this there was no any information about my company in message which sent to client means neither information passed to me nor client.

What’s the hell is this, can Just dial explain???

I have availed top slot and paid highest amount, gone five months and got nothing. You are really cheating us.

Pathetic services!!! I have no words.

Lot of times i mail to justdial pls stop my ecs... ([protected]@justdial.com)... But no response... I pay monthly rs:3869 ecs in just dial. Already i pay 8 ecs.. Hereafter i don't continue just dial service.. I continuously mail just dial... To cancel my ecs. But no response.. Pls kindly stop my ecs. Register contact number:[protected]

I have a serious query about this number [protected].

I have called to just dial and enquired on the security service for my company after call ended immediately received calls from various vendors on my enquiry.

I received call from this mentioned number [protected] and the person contacted me in unprofessional way whicn i was not expected that justdial has tie up with such a worst vendor, who do not know how to speak with the client and customers for business, he started abusing in kannada language, when i mentioned i woud complaint to just dial he said he dont care about anything.

This will pull down the value of just dial company. Request to take track the number and share the details of the vendor and take action against this so that when ever we call to just dial we get good vendor contact details to run our daily activities.

We have a paid listing (Monthly ecs) with just dial, started in april 2017.
While subscribing to this the sales person did not say there was a minimum lockin period of 1 year. The salesman had told me that you can cancel it anytime after the first 3 months, but this was not the case which i got to know on my first call to just dial in oct - nov to cancel the ecs.

We again told them in jan 2018 but the told me that you will only be able to do it after you contract is over.

My contract got over and last ecs was debited from my account on 28th march 2018. I mailed them & called them on 13th april 2018 to cancel the ecs, as on today 21st april 2018 the ecs is not yet cancelled. After almost an hour of speaking to their executives we were able to get a mail from them as below. This ecs is still not cancelled inspite of informing them on 13th april 2018. The leena david (Sr process associate) told me that she "will try that this ecs does not hit my bank." this did not sound very reassuring since my contract is already over and i no longer want to continue using their services.

I am client for just dial limited since 2014, similarly this year mr. Aravind from just dial called me for 2018 subscription and asked for rs10620, accordingly i made the cash payment of 5000 inr and balance amount through post aided cheque dated on 1st may 2018 cheqcue no 486450 of iob bank, kilpauk branch, and for my surprise instead of ample arts academy, they have mentioned ample arts libraries which are totally 2 different sectors and i have been following up with mr aravind (Just dial manager) for almost 3 weeks now, no response from him or either he hands over his phone to some one and says he is busy in a meeting, he is not reacheable on phone and not answers my messages, last monday ie (16th apr -18) even i made personal visit to his office, he was not available and his colleague comes and promises me that it would get resolved by eod and till date nothing has happened, all the enquiries i am geting are related to libraries and books, whic has become a much mental tourcher for me, and april and may are the most peak seasons compared to rest of the year, and most of the registration gets filled before apr 10th, because of just dial technical issue and carelessness i have lost nearly estimated amount of rs 3-5 lakhs, now when i spoke to just dial aravind about my loss and mental illness, he says jd would pay back the money 5k, i would request @consumer complaints forum to consider this issue as priority and do the necessary action immedietly, as i am financially nil at this poin and my dependents are finding hard to manage day today expenses, i am completly broken and my only hope for survival is with iccf, i am attaching the necessary documents for your perusal.

Hi, i had put in a request for knowing names of international booking agents. Soon i got a call (Got 2-3 calls) from one mr rahul of infocity and after a few conversations, our deal was finalised. He told me that he got my lead from just dial. Then he did some booking on aircanada and told me to pay up.in the meantime i checked on the website and found on all our details, also called them and was told that the ticket has not been issued. Then this rahul guy told me to pay him for issuing the ticket to which i declined, after much negotiation i paid him 20, 000 rupees as advance and the rest once i get the ticket in hand. After i transferred the money, his phone is switched off and no way to contact him. I believe he is a fraud now but the point is that he was brought to me by you. How did he get my number? Is there somebody in your office who is a part of all this racket? I want an explanation. He is mr rahul kumar from infocity travels pvt ltd.

Since that date, although our cheque has been cleared none of your executives - mr. Ayush rastogi, mr. Manas, mr. Ashish rastogi is neither receiving my call nor giving the actual status of the contract. Please send me the invoice for the same and also let me know when you will activate my account. I am really upset and helpless by the way justdial deals with customers!

Ramesh kumar shukla ([protected]) had given me bad words and abuses me. He is very loud and inappropriate in his way. How can just dial hire a man with such a low ethics? He definitely ruining you brand name and you might have to take action against him, if not he can abuse any other girl. He didn’t have any respect of the elders also he keeps on misbehave to others staff as well.
It’s going to be a serious problem now with him to abuse girls and molested them, how can just dial unnoticed this action of their employee.
I hope you will take action against him and make him pay to this situation or some day you will get some police complaint to hiring such #.

Is that the authority you had given him? How he can use your brand name and give us bad words? Are you training people to such extent?
In my opinion he must be terminated and not give any compensation to understand and regret for this act.

2. Today, (18 april 2018 at about 1:16 pm) i called just dial to find out details of people who can put a readymade cement/concrete compound wall for my house at bannerghatta road, opposite gopalan mall.
3. The lady who attended me had a thick south-indian accent. I stated my requirement and she verified all the details.
4. Then she told me to rate my previous request about karnataka vet & animal fishery science university. I did not understand whether i have to rate the university or the services provided (Phone number).
5. While replying, she used harsh tone which is unbecoming of a lady to a customer. I request that the recorded conversation be scrutinized and appropriate action be taken against her. She has not revealed her name.

As per the agreement, just dial suppose to provide potential prospective customer for our business growth but they r providing fake customer lead, vendors leads, requests for trainee, jobs employment, even such a customers base which offer price that much low which equal to work as free.in one such occasion where customer lead is from mathura we just saved our life from the hands of gangster by refusing the meeting after seeing them n just dial customer care said that justdial not verify the customer ware about.
Beacuse they r not able to produce any significant business out put to our company thus i, navneet kalra with immediate effect want to terminate the agreement with just dial. But the company is refusing to terminate the agreement and giving ref. To there once sided web-based agreement of which signed hard copies i dont have with me and on the top they are giving another business plans which is again no use to me.
I tried my best efforts to stop the ecs from there side, they refused and keep sending the ecs to my bank and bank is saying ecs will be stopped from the justdial side only so i m stuck to them.
Please help my out justdial.

He talk very much but not to the point other then the subject and angrily replied to us for the details.

From last 1 month, i have raised complaint for address change. I have even submitted documents on [protected]@justdial.com.. No changes.. Only changes are done while renewing package for money. Else # service. Executive komal chaudhary gives false commitment and not looking after these things as package amount is given and now enjoying with customers money.
I wont renew and even recommend others for not to renew.

I m shocked that just dial is not at all reliable. U people have tie ups with fake people who take money and stop picking your calls. I called just dial on 13th march for numbers of agencies who provide maids. I got a call from mr. Vikram (Might be a fake name) who quoted lowest commission of 12000 rupees for providing maid. He said they take advance commission and then process it at their hr level and within 48 hours maid will be provided to u. He said his company name is planategroup.com.

I agreed to pay him 6k and rest 6k i said i will pay 15 days later (Honestly speaking i trusted him just because it was from just dial). He visited me on 14th march and took 6k signing a fake set of papers. And till 15th no call from so called their hr received so i called mr. Vikram at least 10 times and he finally picked up. I got a call from mr. Hr he said we are sending 3 maids for interviews and u can shortlist among them.

As you can guess nobody came. After that day i kept calling these people and got no response. I called from a different number but when they get to know its me they either disconnect or put me on hold.

It is all because of just dial. Once again i want to tell u that i trusted them just because it was from just dial. I called you people twice to raise complaint but i could never speak to the concerned team and i kept the call with the promise at the other end that just dial concerned team will call me back but never got any call.

Pls just dial at least you people should stop this unprofessional behaviour.

On 29th march i called just dial to complain about this incidence and still asked for the maid service authentic number and to my surprise one different person from different number called and said the same story that we charge only 12k as commission but you would have to pay in advance etc etc. This time the company name was managementgroup.com

I hope its clear that its a group of fake people associated with just dial. People trust just dial so trust the numbers/contacts provided by them.

I am sharing all the numbers i have of these fake and fraud people.

Last is the one from the same fraud group i got call on 29th march - [protected]

See i just want my money back at the earliest. You and you people are responsible for all this. After receiving call from the same fraud group yesterday and getting no response over the complaints from just dial i feel just dial is very much involved in the corruption.

I want immediate response over this and my money back otherwise i would take this matter to the higher level - consumer court, police, facebook as well as media.
