Dear Sir / Madam,

One day Just dial people call me saying that there is a home based job from home where you can earn 30000 to 1 lakh rupees
I said Just dial company is famous so this company may not do any fraud.
I went to that company they gave me one form and I submitted along with the cheque of 3500/- rupees
from that day they gave me my user id and password
from same day I was getting problem in login
I called them many times but no one was giving any reply
than one day I have sent a mail to that ruchita madam she said okay tell me your query
I said every thing than she told me you should change your password every time when ever you login
this way i did and I started doing my work
3month I had done my work they did not pay me
than after `1 yr they ask me to renew on what base I should renew again
please help me because now when ever I call they say our company is very famous and amitabbacchan is our ambassador who will do wrong of our company. You do any thing what ever you want and they promise me if you dont like the work we will return you half money but they did not return my money back.

Just Dial does not have a fair review or rating policy.
They accept only positive reviews of their clients. They don't maintain even the customer details confidentiality as well.
This not just one time but 3rd time. They accept positive reviews but when I post a bad experience customer review or 'Poor' rating, they immediately sent the details to the Client telling that I have rated them poorly. Later on I get calls from their clients to take back the negative rating.
Just Dial Customer service is useless as well, they are more interested in trying to convince me not to post bad reviews.Then what is the use for them to have 'Poor' rating. 'Just to fool people'. The worst thing is when their client threatens to remove the bad rating given by us.

Their client pays money for Classified and so they will not post any true negative reviews or ratings.They simply don't care about people using their service.

It's easy for a scammer or cheat to use Just Dial Service, since poor rating cannot be posted and they can get away with it.

I have posted this on the 'Just Dial' facebook page but they had hidden it twice.
Why should they hide the comments if I asked them fair valid question?

I have written a review on a vendor advertised on justdial based on my experience with the service rendered by that vendor/service provider.
Its been more than 2 weeks and till now my review is not posted on justdial on the vendors page.

I want an explanation, why it was not posted and why this delay.
I want my review to be posted immediately.

I m poonam sanghavi a jewellery designer registered with justdial. com . i have made payment through credit card to just dial .and made 3 mnths adv payment . after 1 mnth i asked them to degrade the plan & adjust my previous balance in that. they agreed also but tookone shot fullpayment from my credit card without adjusting my previous balance. so that comes to 10000 extra.than again theycut ECS for 2 mnths from my card & that too according to previous contract.whigh is again 11000 . so they have got my 21000 extra. now i have been asking them to look into my matter & and give me my balance refund . but nobody is responding . they are making false promises but doing nothing about it from last 45 days. they are cheaters. and taking peoples money for granted. they r fraud . if i tell them that i will go to consumer court they tell me to give sometime & than dont do anything . but now if they dont take it seriously i will drag them to the court. and also give this information to leading newspapers.

Dear one,

Before six month we are registered with just dial but not getting any inquiry from just dial. after that i called to Mrs purvi to have complaint but she is not give us any feed back every time tell us sir i call you after some time. We get other inquiry from just dial and its not related our product so kindly help us. we have paid 19,000=00 full amount to them but don't get any feed back.

i was not happy with their services and have asked them to cancel their payments which are in the form of ECS
on 8 may i have filed an online complaint - they promised to look into it but no response
on 15 june i have sent them a new complaint (complain no 96110)
how can i stop the ECS the bank refuses to block the ecs payment

Justdial (Just dial) is a fraud yellow pages directory service. It refers and backs fraudulent companies to innocent customers. The feedback registered in the site is purely on the basis of the money/relationship between justdial and the business organisation and feedback/complaints from customers based on genuine experience are neither heard nor actioned nor published in their site. I have had 3 such experiences in the last 3 years and each time I had reached out to them for help, justdial did not even bother to listen to my requests(for any kind of help in recovering loss) and practically ignored my feedback from experience. Each time I had incurred heavy losses financially and emotionally.

Beware - Don't trust this service. Do your own R&D on the reputation of the company you are approaching rather than believing Justdial.

this is gauri argade from mumbai. I am registered under the company just dial. i havd paid an intial amount of the contract was activated from 5 march. Without my permission ecs were cut. i have been talking to tele marketing person mr. avinash singh. & mr. chandrakant. Both have been imensly uncooperative. i wanted to stop my ecs getting cut & recover the amount i had already had been DEDUCTED WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING for 4 months. this request of mine was straight away rejected by Mr. avinash singh.

Its a Crap company, who are sugary sweet with you until you finalize the contract with them, After that they are very uncooperative.

Last year in the month of july we had registered with justdial by paying 44600 for gold contract for one year for the category INTERNET WEBSITE DESIGNER. when we took this category, justdial had no sense at all, they had categories like website designer, internet website designer, website designers . the keywords meant the same but it was different for justdial and minted money from the customers by creating categories.
Now suddenly, without even informing me the leads got stopped and when i contacted the customer care. Here is the list of answers given by them
1. Sir contract is vary much active, i will look into it and get back to you ( waited for 4 days, no call )
2. Again when i called, Sir dint you receive call from our customer care, actually we are merging the categories, so there is some technical problem .Give us 3 days of time we will sort it out.
3. Waited for 3 weeks no reply, Mr.Lokesh who had come down to sign the contract also had no idea.
4. One fine day, miss dhanalakshmi called and asked us to renew the contract only then i will get the leads, there was still more than 2 months of service still pending :(
There were no leads for one month and in this gold package the amount gets deducted everyday itseems. I felt like slapping at the executive when he said that, My question is very simple HOW CAN YOU DEDUCT MY MONEY WHEN YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE ?
HOW CAN YOU STOP THE SERVICE WHEN YOU HAVE PROMISED FOR ONE YEAR?

Our company Only Heaters had made a contract with Just Dial for the platinum listing. We gave the payment to them through credit card after which they informed me that they could not provide me the required services so we asked them for refund of money. We have not even signed any legal papers with them yet they are not willing to refund our money.

Inspite of their repeated mails that they will refund the money they have not done it.

Its a lot of money they around 75k.

They provided me contact of Worst maid agency.After submitting my review also they havent removed his Advertisement from just dial site.

Cheaters they wont provide maid again and the person they provide wil work for a day or two.After that they wont refund the deposit and refuse to even attend call.They abuse cheaply if we ask our money to them.Please avoid this agency (they have branch in ayanavaram,vadapalani ,kodambakam) in different names to cheat people.Please Beware.

Dear Sir,
I am a doctor-plastic and cosmetic surgeon. I took services of just dial.com for promotion of my specialty/work .The person who came in touch with me.Mr Amit (from justdial.com) is now untraceable. I had signed in Platinum deal, giving 19,000/- advance and ECS for 6 months (with total deal cost Rs 39,000/-)but to my surprise Mr Amit,was totally fraud and is untraceable ,and now they say that ECS will be for one year at least with auto-renewal. When I signed the contract I asked him to get me details of payment (initial advance and 6 ECS), for which he told me will be sent within a week of the contract, but that day has not come and he became untraceable after one week. I am totally helpless and have called several times but nobody listens to me and nobody is accountable. Also i have got "zero" benefit, i get one /same call repeated at least 6-7 times and which is not related to my field.
Also they had promised me video and photo upload on the net in my page (within one week) but till date ...almost 4 months, nobody has done that despite several phone calls from my side. They say ECS cannot be stopped, now .I feel totally cheated as in front of me ECs is getting deducted and no services are being provided.
There are no feedback (calls) related to my specialty though the data they had shown before the contract was enormous ...all to fool and mislead me to sign this fraudulent deal.
Just don’t know what to do...can anybody suggest me what should be the future course of action.

Registered for selling a computerized petrol bunk billing software, Petbill. Not given even a single valid reference. Moreover they said they will charge only for 6 months but hidden the fact that contract is minimum of 9 months. not closing the contract on multiple requests. .Waste of 10000 bugs. Please don't believe the marketing guys, They will say any thing to obtain the contract and they got your signature on the invoice.

Further some one is calling to me regularly for getting a phone number of HP Petrol bunk employee whom I do not know at all, Saying that the HP Petrol bunk employee has cheated him for some money.

I filled my form to avail Just Dial service with ECS form filled & signed. But before my cheque processed I intimated Just Dial to stop my cheque as i wanted to postponed my plan for this paid service. On intimation they said they cannot stop the payment, so I cancelled the payment before the cheque went for processing.

Now after a month I noticed that ECS is not cancelled or stopped by Just Dial and after repeated intimation they are not very responsive and still bank ECS hitting my account. I want to Just Dial to stop ECS processing as i have not avail the service for my business.

I am just dial 2 year old customer. I booked a plan in INR 20,000 3 month ago for 3 month. and when it expired so your just dial sale member ashwani called me again for payment i have payment again but he booked my other low category plan in INR 21000. He is taking 1000 more than earlier and booking low category plans. When i ask to him He saying you will get 95% called now and before you getting 100% calls. He is changing my area according available calls. before he giving me east delhi calles and now he giving me gurgaon calls. how anybody soddenly can change his business location according just dial ? how anybody can change my area without my permission ? how change my plan with my permission but just dial salesmen doing that coz they are working with me without any agreement. I am requesting last 4 month plz send me your agreement i want to work with you after agreement but my plan is running without agreement from last 4 months. I never happy to write to just dial coz just dial is a fraud company and after mailing they never give any solution to customer. i never get any solution from just dial. there is no hope for justice.

I guess justdial only creating the user with the different names and putting the star rating depending on howmuch the party paid...and they are compromising n tied with the parties....

when i had escalated with justdial and I do have complaint no. But no one has responded til now. I guess more than 14days over.

till now I didnt get any response from the peoples even i posted complaint against the MR Garden LADIES PG n JUST DIAL
but just dial has removed the post...

How irresponsible answer they are saying....
and finaly they are giving one feedback that they are the acts as a mediator in between the parties and customer...

but they are not at all responsible for if customer has been cheated by the parties...indirectly they are saying they are doing business for the sake of money thats its...! and they are saying proudly that they are maintaining business principles

wel, In this scenario how they can say that they do maintain business thics when if they are not at all satisfied
