That’s very good as you people have accepted ur fault but what about my ECS bouncing charges applied on my Account twice and the worst service which I had faced during the whole month cause of non deduction of ECS on time from my account ? My company is registered with ur company under name of Equation Times Pvt Ltd and as per the contract the ECS date was 10th of every month . But the ECS didn’t got cleared on 10th Oct 2009 even I had sufficient funds on 10th Oct 2009 for ECS clearing . And the ECS came for clearing on 15th Oct 2009 which is totally wrong . I was expecting that to get clear on 10th and when it didn’t got cleared on that date I transferred my money to another bank account and coz of that the ECS which came on 15th Oct got bounced . Now I need the clearification from u people that how come it happened . As per contract the ECS needs to get cleared on 10th then why it came on 15th for clearing . I wont keep the fund in my account for ur company so that u people can claim any day of the month for ECS clearing . I need proper clearification regaring the same . Hope for the proper resolution .

I am also undergoing unnecessary tension regarding after sale service by Just dial. I have been cheated by Rs.27500, promising me an all india package and listed on top.
First I had to keep calling them literally for 20 days for being listed; and after listing I found my company's name somewhere on the bottom of the page without any highlights.

I had called them many times but was of no use.Finally I wanted to stop the service.I send them a mail regarding this. i am facing a problem with just dial .com, which is bussiness promotionall Service Calls through SMS. i had join in a plan of 1 year on 2007 for amount Rs.3000/-, initially paid, remaining was paid as installment of Rs.1200/- monthly for 12 months. We signed up for a JustDial platinum account (BIG MISTAKE), after being promised that we will get 3-4 leads every day. For 4 weeks, the account wasn't even activated. then, we started getting fraudulent "leads" from sellers of other goods. Our company name doesn't even show up on the list at all times. When we call, we are connected to a competitor, instead of being connected to our office as promised.

JustDial is a fine concept and the company could have built a good, solid reputation like some of the other multinationals, but it has chosen the path of defrauding its advertisers. Be very, very wary of advertising on JustDial.

Any promise they make, get it in writing because what they say is worthless.

I feel completely victimized.

I s.ashok kumar, had just singed a package with just dial last month . As soon as i got the information regarding their service, i made the cheque stop payment which i issused as advance for my package. Even then my a/c is debited in ECS a/c every month. When a cheque is not cleared, how they collect the monthly ECS in my a/c. The lead which they r providing is a very fraud n fake one.

IF I DINT READ THIS FORUM AN HOUR AGO I WOULD HAVE BEEN A VICTIM

I really thank all the people who have given proper comments about this fraud company. I was about to pay 7000 for 12 months contract. The telecaller told me they will give 3-4 leads minimum per day. When i read the contract there is nothing about leads. Even they are not ready to put the leads in paper which they guarantee, so i just ignored and told am not going to pay. I really dont need this fraud services. Google ads and SEO are far better than this frauds. They are not even collecting same money to everyone, their price differ for various customer.. There is no proper plan scheme or these telecallers are not telling to us. At the whole i sincerely advice people not to pay money for this kind of company. May be we can call them and ask for Cinema show timing or any particular address. NEVER USE THIS JUSTDIAL FOR SERVICE OR BUYING PRODUCTS. Guys who want to market their product or service can rely on google which is far better than this cheap fraud company.

There are better ways to promote.. justdial is not the one for me.. may be call taxi guys can advertise or use their service.

If justdial really want to improve.. then they have to show all the scheme on their website.. They are hiding their scheme and service details. What ever they put on their scheme that has to be clear in the contract.

When just dial employees leave the company and join elsewhere then you call them and ask them about just dial practices and rules. They will tell you that... they DON'T HAVE any rule... what they have is a TARGET, which they have to fulfill by hook or by crook.

They will add, Just Dial is an absolute fraudulent company... the service which they have sold someone in Rs. 5, 000, may sell you in 25, 000 which they may sell in Rs. 1, 000 if their TARGET completion date is approaching... And no matter at what price they have sold you, what they will always deliver is - or even if anything - a lot less than what their cunning executives have promised you.

The funny thing is that though their executives are smart enough to lure you into making holes in your pocket, they do not have any clear understanding of their own company's products and services... and that is because their company do not have any genuine product or service.

The recent fraud from them is their reseller program - i advise everyone never succumb to that... their reseller program is baap of all scams and frauds. Please go through below queries and get me some resolution as there are lot many cheaters and false promiser on just dial environments. But it is clear that sales person who promised me Mr. Vinodh and his Manager Mr. Muthukumar and several Customer care executives as just dial is not an enqiry provider but direct business providers as customer will call the investors ie., me to get business from me. But each and every information provided was false which is just to enroll me to the contract. After enrollment I have spoke with several customer care executinves and the sales person who provided me incorrect information but my query was not resolved. I have completely closed my business. I was told that just dial will be responsible for any issues with the business word which was told by the Sales person Vinodh at the time I signed a contract with just dial. But not when i ask for refund nobody is ready to have conversation with me and nobody was accepting as what they lied to me. This has to be addressed immediately. I need my money back except the tax which I paid. If any formal consumer compliants is required on sales team and other people who provided me fake information just to signup contract with just dial then I am ready to do so. Anybody who cares my problem from just dial can get back to me.

I was promised that I will get calls from customer requesting business but all I have recieved is just enquiries from just dial which was not actually promised by the sales person. I have trusted the words provided to get non competitive business deals from juts dial but now my situation has become to close my business immediately as cannot afford much more loss anymore. So I request not to deduct anymore amount on my payment made except the tax and also request to reimburse as soon as possible. Also I have asked to stop the service from the second day of contract but sales person informed me not to worry and asked me to come to just dial chennai office directly later by monday to have discussion. So mean time servie was not stopped and I do not wanted to be charged for the imporper communication and delay from just dial end.

I got one of the worst deal from Just dial for Airtell broadband connection. The name of the dealer is MOON KIRAN TELE TECH which is in Tirunvamayur. A perosn called LOGANATHAN approached me and cheated me for 500 bugs, daily he used to tell the stories that i will be getting the connection, howvere i didn't get till now, The person not even responds are pick the call after Registration. On eof teh worst dealer to spoil Airtell name.

I would suggest all you moving complaint of cheating and fraud and mispresentation against its CEO, management, as they are being paid by the cheaters to get lead by the companies name and they only give leads to those who pay to them. Company can also take action against them as they are using the keywords that are trademark of some other company and you could take action as your are mispresented by them. A complaint to police with call details will be more than sufficient.

Just dial services at times gives you fake enquiries just to cover your subscription amount. I had worked with them twice and both times atleast 40 % of the enquiries they give you is bogus and made up .

Many a times when i call up the given number as per sms from just dial they just laugh and say that they never wanted the required service.

Atleast 40 % of the trade enquiries are made, they just do it to finish the paid amount, and their executives start calling up for subscription renewal .

The just dial company is a dicey proposition

You should read your agreement or take consultation of any advocate, any advocate availing services with them would be best bet and would be more than monetarily interested in suing them. I beleive their contract would say about leads not details, and details which they have send also amounts to invasion into privacy of those people as you said they never opted for the service and their detailes were used, you shoudl contact and complaint this to National DND registry as well as ministry of communications, they will take approrpraite action against them

You would further notice that as per clause 6(d) of agreement they cannot forward lead to more than 4 customers unless specifically requested by the client, but in practice they are forwarding the lead to more than 4 and are actually sending leads to 7 compaines, which is material breach of contract and you should avail legal remedies, the company ought to refund all your money and pay you damages for their unfair trade practices.

I would suggest all you moving consumer complaint along with complaint for fraud and mispresentation against its CEO, management and the person who spoke to you as well as the one who came for mis-presentation and induced you to pay them for services that were never rendered.

i agree with your views about just-dial, right now even im going through such experience with just dial. im contemplating legal action and consulting a lawyer.

i deposit 2500rs in just dial for registration for a 1yr but after 3month they told me u r registration r cancelled ....

As we have a tie up with JUST DIAL for DIAMOND LISTING IN ELEVATOR AND ALL OF ITS RELATED CATEGORY that is NON BIDABLE SECOND POSITION, and on your site BANNER ON EACH AND EVERY PAGE OF ELEVATOR AND ALL OF ITS RELATED CATEGORY, but lot many times I have got very serious problem from your side, like many times people those who enquire in my listed category they won’t get my contact detail, many times I didn’t get any query for many days, last time it was about 15 days, this time it is more than 2 month that I am not getting any query, and I was continously complanining this thing to MOHINI AND RAJIV, and now the position comes they are not picking my phone and some time when I call from different mobile MOHINI pick the phone and soon she recognized my voice she cut the line. Now same response I am getting form Mr. Sohail Siddqui, he always commit to resolve my problem and call me in next week this way he passes mare than 4 week and my problem is still there also I didn’t get any call from Mr. Sohail Siddqui, and he is following same strategy like Mohini and other staff in your company( not picking my phone).

Now Mr. Sohail Siddqui tell me very surprising reason that when you have signed contact with us price was okay that time but now if we consider our software price for the package will be very high. Please let me know where comes my fault. Well I have paid the amount what so ever JUST DIAL asked me, the contact will remain their till my contact period run. So please do consider my case and get me rid out of this big trouble. Because this is very exhausted situation for me to consider company like JUST DIAL to act like this.

Can you explain what the hell this thing. I got this contract signed on 2nd of may 2009 with JUST DIAL and I didn’t get proper service in a single day every time there is a new problem and they have very simple answer that this fault is from Bombay.

About internet service, my banner on JUST DIAL website doesn’t appear on the mobile that is on the WAP., as I am the most premium client of JUST DIAL in this category, but I am getting worst services and worst feed back are you only there to make us fool.

Well this is not my fault please reply me immediately and JUST DIAL have to start my contract with current date with all the features which I have paid( as courtesy or as penalty what so ever you think). So big amount Ipaid to JUST DIAL, but services of JUST DIAL is very poor like few people is operating this company from the home.

I am really shock & angry with Justdial. In 2007 i joined a dance classes & was in & out of that classes. In may 2009 from nowhere they put my name along with my number on justdial associating me with that classes that too without my consent. In 2010 February that particular Dance Classes came to know about it and they filled a case of fraud against me considering i tried to take their students and try to spoil their name.Whereas i am not at all related to that industry. I have been with times since last one year.They (DANCE CLASSES) even got a mail from Justdial stating that i visited their premises and gave my visiting card to them having that particular dance classes name on it.I even don't know where is the Just Dial office is !!! After making an inquiry about my visiting card with MS. Ravindra of JUSTDIAL who sits out of malad corporate office she said that they don't have my V.Card and they got my data from some sources, which they are not ready to reveal.
Now that Dance Classes have filled a FIR against me with fraud charges. I am being harassed by police official every day. Kindly Look into the matter as it can spoil my career. I want to take justdial to court of law no matter what.

I m been running a contract with just dials for the past 5 years now & for the first time i faced a problem & at the time i didnt get any support for the comapny,
I renewed the contract on 12 Feb when the comapny executive Pradeep Sharma visited my home.i gave the renewal amt in cash.At the time of renewal i still hav few leads left from my old a/c.
I was getting the leads as usual till 4th March, but after this very date no leads were fwd to me.
when i asked the customer support on 7th march then they told me that ur contract is not renewd in our system records.
I then i contacted pradeep for the same & he said he will be checking & getting back to me soon.but he didnt replied for 2 days.i then called back & he said that by chance ur contract is not renewed & he will be doing the same withing 2-3 days.
After 3 days i called him agin but he sometimes didnt picked up, sometimes said he is busy in meeting & sometimes hanged up the phone.this went for another 2 days.
I then called up the customer support again & they took my number & said that they will be calling me very soon.but all in vain, i never rcvd a call for them.
After another 2 days i called pradeep again & see my luck "HE JUST PICKED THE PHONE THIS TIME" & said the Monica [tele makt depatment is on leave & she would be back in 2 days then i can convey to her.]
I again beleieved him but after two days when i called up pradeep he didnt picked/hangep up my phone.
i virtually called him everyday after this & got no reponse whatsoever.
He didnt picked up the phone when called my numer but he picked when i called from sum other number [How ridiculous].
i again tried with cust support but they said there sys nt working & they took my number saying sum1 will surely call.but as usual nobody called [i think they take the nos only to throw in dustbins].
Finally after all efforts i m just fed up & writing this letter now on 25th march & Nothing has happened yet.
Today i also called first pradeep [didnt pick] & then just dial cust support[wanted numb again but i was a lil strict this time so they heard me] & they said they will take action against pradeep sharma.
Lets C if it happens & moreover my contract gets renewed..
