Please to inform you that my Goods was dispatched from RAJKOT to NEW MUMBAI RABALE on 12/08/2022 . Total 5 boxes were dispatched but i received only 04 no. 1 no. parcel is missing . I am taking follow with your office from last two week but not getting proper answer so please look in this matter and resolve asap.

The left part was damaged
Mirror was broker
Headlight bulb was broken
Side stand was broken
Even the accelerator handle was outside like its collapsed or fell down due to that handle lock is not happen the rod has damaged from inside
Due to this the the vehicle is jurling
It has purchased not even a month ago
And this was in the condition i received.
It was newly purchased vehicle and they didn't realised and take it granted.

On 22.04.2021, we, Prasad International P.Ltd. (Vatva), Ahmedabad, Gujarat have booked 1 bag of Pigment Powder, Actual Wt. 25kg, charged Wt : 50kg through Lalji Mulji Transport co., Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat vide LR No.25283209, to Radiant Chemicals, Plot No.110, Chikloli MIDC, Mahanagar Gas, Ambernath(W), Thane. Booking at Ambernath (Mumbai).

Now our customer has complained that they have not received material yet. We, as well as our customer M/s.Radiant Chemicals contacted several times in your Vatva branch, Vapi branch & HO, but not received any proper reply. Tracking details shown consignment reached at Ambernath. But consignment not received yet.

My LR No. is 27148239 it's booked for Vatva from Dahej on 17.12.2020. Customer has sent a total of 36 bags but actually 1 bag is short. From last 1 week we have been in touch with local transport at vatva but till date 1 bag has not been received. We talked to Mr. Faridbhai in vatva, He is telling us one parcel is missing from dahej. It is his responsibility to find out we are not satisfied from lalji mulji transport. it’s our request to find out our parcel and deliver it to our address.

My LR No is 10066203 its booked for Mahad(Raigad) from Delhi on 15 Oct 2020 now its showing in Vapi we have already talk that person Mr Inder in Vapi his behaviour of talking is not good he told us where ever you can go and complain I dont care actually he is telling our one parcel is missing from Vapi it his responsiblity to find out we are not satisfied from his behaviour so its out request to find out our parcel and delivere to our address.

Our service provided at Dahej Lal ji Mul ji is not doing properly work and providing good service. One items motor damaged during your transportation.Material has to send to Delhi at Kamla market .We have to sent this motor on dated 13.02.2020 LR No[protected]. motor casting damaged .Motor of price is very high-45000 .This is new motor, we have to send it for replacing in to high HP.Now vendor is not accepting this motor.Please suggest, who will bear the cost.

When i reach to take my parcel at that time parcel bag was crak from one side, so i calculate all pcs and 4 pcs of 150rs was less. Total i 600rs lost of mine... Now you say who is responsible for that. I have not seen this type of 3 rd class service..
Please take action and give refund to me...

Such a pathetic transport service. Lost my goods in last year in boisar branch, still not giving me the money back of my lost material. The ghatkopar bbranch is the main branch in mumbai, but they don't have any contact with boisar branch.
The person in boisar branch is very rude n very mmuch irresponsible, he has not taken any stepsteps nor even bother of our material lost.
In fact, he gives us excuses n tells us wrong information that our cheque is ready. When we wwent to collect the money, ghatkopar branch ssays that the manager is not available and at last they say that he is on holiday for 10days.

All the people are giving excuses only, no one is helping. All are playing games and cheating customers.

This transport is the worst. Never send anything in this. Coz people steal ur goods.

With ref to lr no. 30618981 dt. 31-7-18, material booked from morbi to us at chhatral branch. We took the delivery from chatral branch, but 3 bundle short got though payment made fully to chhatral branch and take rest material.
Now 12 days passed and daily calling to chhatral branch, vapi branch, mumbai branch. But all in vain.
Your all people listening my complain but not giving any positive reply and days are passing successively.
Now the material is of very urgent in need for us and we are suffering a lot due to still not getting of it.
So you are requested to arrange the material asap in chhatral branch and infrom about the status.
