Dear Complain and redressal team,

This is to record a serious complain and my experience with Just dial services. I am a new entrepreneur and started my digital marketing company in Jan 22. On[protected], I received call from Shalini ([protected], shalini.[protected]@justdial.com) and Ankit ([protected], ankit.[protected]@justdial.com ) being just dial employees to help me grow my business further and promised many things and services such as preparing a secondary website, digital page for footfall, 5-7 daily genuine leads, and flashing ‘Verified’ tag for generating leads and sharing with us for these services, on 6-3-2022, Jatin ([protected]) visited our place to meet us, took cash of 5000/- and cheque of 7080/- and ECS mandate.
He further confirmed that my cheque will get clear in 2 days and I will start receiving genuine leads around 5-7 daily and Just dial team will start working on tagging my name as ‘Verified’, making my digital page and secondary website and advised that my package is valid for entire NCR and for 3 months.
It’s been more than 2 weeks that Ankit, Shalini and Jatin are neither picking call nor responding to msg/ whatsapp. Have further enquired with Mustakim and he said me to stop ECS which was already debited and asked me to send mail to Just dial that to stop services since I will be travelling for 15 days. Here, my point is why should say I am travelling and not complain about persons while it should be eligible for genuine leads post my ECS debit???
Have feedback from many places about such fraudulent practice in Just dial to fool people, hopeful that it’s not right and I will get suitable solution for such pain and harassment
Please make sure that this is done else I will be bound to raise such fraudulent practice with consumer forum

Myself running a software training firm at guduvanchery chennai. The salesperson Dhiyaneshwaran reached me for taking the leads package at Justdial the package he told me to take was 1770 per month i said i was not interested in justdial he asked me to try for 3 months if not satisfied you can cancel at any time he said. he asked me to pay 2 months as advance after 2 months over I can pay for 3rd month he said also my phone and said he is going to do a setup my account properly but that guy made ECS without my knowledge after that he said nothing will happen wrong he will take care of everything after paying also i didn't got any service so asked him now he said after deducting 1770 through ecs the service will start but I asked him to cancel the ecs he refused to do that after 7 days again money got deducted from my bank account for justdial ecs i paid 7080 totally but I got only 10 days of service but 4 months of service I supposed to get now they canceled the service and asking me to pay again to continue the service. the salesperson dhiyaneshwaran is a cheat he doesn't even tell the truth. now I am trying to contact him for getting my refund but he is not at all picking up my phone call. the justdial motive is to loot from the customer's pocket.
Pls don't fall into such a trap

I am Manish Mehta and I registered my business on just dial in 27 July 2022 in Jaipur. As per the executive that visited me (Ramjan Khan), I can avail the facility (get leads) for 3 month on payment of 7080/- (2-month advance payment included + 1-month charges) .I took the risk as I was starting my business. The amount got deducted from my account in July 2022 end. I started getting leads.

On 10 August 2022, a deduction of 2360/- happened in my bank account again. I called just dial customer care and Mr. Ramjan khana and they said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month for a year. I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration and would like to stop this ECS service, to which they denied and said that it will continue for 1 year as per the contract I signed.

Now till 10 September just dial deduct total 11800 Inr. for almost one month service and as i said i just wanted it for 3 months only.

I went to my bank to stop the ECS service but as per bank it is an agreement between two parties and they can't stop it.

The worst part is, the just dial executive said me that amount will deduct from 7080/- that I was paid just dial and if I want then I can stop the services by intimating just dial one month before.

I talked to few people regarding this and in bank as well. Everyone said that they have heard of similar ECS cases from just dial. Some have already been victim of this. One person was getting these ECS charges deducted even after their business stopped. The just dial customer care ignored this as well.

I would request you all who got a similar issue in past or if any of your friends/relatives got the similar issue, to please sign this petition and help stop this ECS service provided by Just Dial. I have already become a victim of this. It should not happen with others.

Only option I get I got is consumer court so before that I have to mail you otherwise it's my right to reach out there.

I'm attaching my 3 ECS phots also.

We were promised to take a Business Package for lifetime by justdial executive for our business expansion in 2018 July, Its been 4 years we have been their customers. Slowly the enquires got less from 10 enquires to each month intially after the that slowly the enquiries got lesser. Reached the customer support multiple time they give lame excuses after that the enquiries will start. Its been 6 months there have been no enquires when reached the customer support they are saying that there are no enquiries.

All the Small business owners never pay hefty amount for their services.

I am Vaseem proprietor of New Samath Stores - Sathyamangalm Tamil Nadu Pin Code 638401 register on 30th December 2020 in Just Dail.
I was negotiated with final offer amount for 1 year from January 2021 to Dec 2021 with final price of Rs 11, 800/- INR
Agreed to pay as initial amount as Rs - 2596 and balance Amount will be deducted for 5 EMI @ Rs -1841 /-
As my ECS was supposed to be completed on June 2021 with the above negotiated amount. They Started deducting the amount
After that from July 2021 to March 2022 as of now they have taken 9 Months ECS Amount Rs-1841 *9 = 16, 596/- as Extra amount without my consent .
I am no more interested in continuing the business with Just Fail as i am getting invalid referral which is not impacting my business and not worth for me . As I have called many times to Just Dail Customer Care to Stop the ECS and made complaint
I have not responded properly and my query has not been resolved . Still my amount has be deducted money from my bank account.
I requested to you please help me to stop my ecs from justdail.com

Already complaint to just dail mail id but still not reply
Hope you are understand my situation and help me to cancel my ecs and reversal my deducted balance.

Sandeep chiplunkar here, i had open my justdial account for my gym training business. And after i shifted to village completely and i said them to stop my account completely and close my listed account permanently. After dt for six weeks they cutted my ECS charges. And ashwin patel (support team) he said now i had stop ECS completely and now why justdial deducted again and again 2 days my ECS charges was rs. 295/-. Please help me.

Sir, I got irritated by continues call from reliance just dial company. Almost every day different caller will call. I requested so many times with them please let me know how to remove my number from their data base. Or connect me to their senior manager. Not getting any help from them. I really got tortured from their call. Sir please hemp me.

Last Saturday I called Justdial for grooming services, they gave my number to I don't know who. I recieved calls from n number of numbers saying that they provide services at doorstep at minimal cost.
I chose the one who gave me the best deal.
Then they asked for advance and I even paid them that knowing that it's Justdial, a trusted brand.
After that he didn't pick my calls.
Even the customer care stopped responding.
This is pathetic.

I purchased a business service from Justdial but the service I received was not the same I paid for.
The company representatives (Mr. Harpreet Singh & Mr. Gulshan Thakur) misguided me and after making payment I'm not getting satisfactory resolution for the same.

The company salesperson offered me "Pan India national listing" for Rs. 18, 096 for 3 years. I clearly informed that only local listing will not help my business.

Finally I paid the amount trusting the company and it's commitments.

After some time when I spoke with another company representative, I got to know that I got local listing only in my package. I filed the complaint for the same in the company, but not getting any satisfactory resolution.

Company said they don't have any refund policy.

They are asking me to take the new plan and pay for the National listing package.

I have raised complaint against the fraud agent. But i haven't got any resolution on that. I trusted that agent because he was registered on just dial. Just dial should verify everyone. This agent was running online scam. He didn't had any office on that location. Why justdial allowing such agent. Now they are saying we don't have role in that. So, anyone will simply registered on just dial and they will do fraud and got away, then who will pay the money.
I haven't got my money back yet, who will return my money.
Just dial also had role in that.
Blocking the agent is not the solution.
So any fraud agent registered on just dial will take money and just dial will simply block the agent in case of complaint.
Is that the solution?
I want my money back.

I’ve been getting 4-5 calls every single day for the past 6 months and I’ve requested everyday to remove my name from the directory and I am not interested but the callers just keep getting aggressive and one even shouted that I should hear what he has to say. I’ve even stayed on line to explain to the callers that I’ve been getting too many calls, I’m not interested and I wish not to receive anymore calls but to no avail. It’s sheer harassment now. I need the calls to stop completely and forever.

Just Dial does not act on letters / phone calls and e mail and they cheat customers on ECS mandates .

I have try to reach Couple of times since Past 2 Weeks, but no answer from Your end, I have purchased Just Dial Portal order form No :KA0122SE30328939, I wish to complain about Unsatisfactory service provide from Mr.Shamanth. I have purchased on 11.01.2021. I am complaining because I am unsatisfied with the portal result and it is not serving my purpose which I have invested it for . We can hardly find the matching candidates profile as per our requirements and all candidates profiles are old or they are looking for a IT .Even after providing new Host no update from Justdial Team, Its very disappointing that still Indians namely Portal Just dial misguide the investors and fail to serve the customer which they paid for .So i hence requesting you to kindly Refund the what we have invested on and Kindly deactive the same and stop the ECS from March 2022.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and Refund it. If I do not hear from you within 7 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.
