I am MOHIT JAIN and I registered in JUST DIAL /JD MART in 28/12/2021 under the name Dhanwantri Ayurveda As per regular calling from just dial / jd mart employ GAURAV GUPTA mobile no [protected] offered me new offers as reliance has takeover to justdial and there is trial going for two months will cost trial package of RS 7080 and package stop any time even if you use one month service and balance will be refund back to the bank account
Being such a big name of Reliance brand, I took the risk and start the package and paid rs 7080 for two months advance .
After the payment I called GAURAV GUPTA many times for not received any Gst invoice nor any welcome call or mail but he then gave me Miss RAKSHANDA Mobile no [protected] as she will design your website and listing so I called many time she didn’t pick up the phone next day also I called many times but after several attempt she picked and told me will take 12 days to complete the listing as your work is not started yet.
Later in 02 JAN 2022, received a message from our Indian Overseas bank as ecs is initiated of rs 3, 540/- for justdial I was shocked to see the message I called my bank they said an ecs schedule after 15 days and then called to Gaurav Gupta but he was not picking up the phone then called Manager JAMAL AHMAD NO [protected] I called him told him about this and he said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration,
The worst part is, this executive GAURAV GUPTA got my signature on ecs form telling me that it normal formality company paper as without knowing and in my knowledge this guy GAURAV GUPTA HAS DONE FRAUD
Such a big brand Reliance employ doing this thing to the innocent people I never thought
NOW I AM MENTALLY PHYSICALLY AND MONETARY HARASSED BY THIS ACTION WANTED MY FULL REFUND THAT I HAVE PAID OF RS 7080 ON 28/DEC/2021 AS THIS IS MY FRESH ENROLLMENT AND STOP ALL ECS THAT IS SCHEDULE UNDER MY ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
