A company named Just Dial has been harassing us in terms of bounce payments due to which my transactions at the bank has hampered a lot.
We are running a private school named Daksh Shila Vidya Niketan, situated in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh (erstwhile near Uslapur overbridge) and at that time the executives from Just Dial approached us regarding their services during the period of Jan 2020. We looking towards some bright future of the school and in order to get better response and admissions opted as Yes for the services. But soon after the Covid Attacked us and the schools were closed completely on March 13 2020 and then it was a series of lockdown throughout the country.
In the beginning since the month of July 2020 whenever we had received calls from the Just Dial we requested them to stop the services since the schools are closed there is no chance of any new admissions. We are running a school and not a grocery shop that we have opened the shops soon after the covid situation. We have to follow the government rules and which is that you have to run the classes online and not offline. Meanwhile during the covid situation, we had to vacant the premises where our school was running at the previous years, due to non payment of rent and also due to the dilemma regarding the opening of schools. But these issues were never thought off by this Just Dial Company as they has continued to affect us by their ECS Bounces. We regularly reminded them regarding the same and finally one month before there had been a call regarding the renewal of the services and we have requested for the resolving the issue.
But no resolutions has been done so far and still my account is charged for the ECS Bounces

This company frequently calling me and disturbing me even in night times, often using one's personal mobile number without their permission is offence and ask them to stop their local way of thinking, or I will take action legally for sure. About 12 times in a day they keep on calling me.

Contacted JD for the national-based lead-providing service. One of the JD executives gave me the wrong package and took the money. It's been now 15 to 20 days and I am chasing the JD marketing executive they are not even bothered to take my calls. In a day I am calling that executive at least 10 times and I am also calling the customer executive for the same, Every different executive has different answers to the same query I have. They have taken the money and no one bothered to take care of the issue.

when I asked the marketing person to give the national based service they provided me with the Delhi NCR package and they are saying that now you have to give an extra amount for the same to start getting leads.

I also told them to change the package to Delhi NCR and give the leads but they are not bothered to take care of the case. I had a word with the marketing manager or marketing head and he was also trying to trick me saying that sir you have to pay extra for the Delhi NCR and then we will provide leads for both Delhi and national.

A big company with having so many fraud people around. how can it function like this?

I had booked one car on 16.12.2021 from Raunak Enterprise Kestopur Kolkata ([protected]) through message from Just dial. He took advance Rs. 1000 from me and neither he had provided the car nor returning my money back.

Such person should not be advised for booking the car as he spoiled the day of 09 person. He is saying to book again for adjustment of the money. I do not require to hire a car and also can not rely on such person again.

One of the Vendor Master Mind Computers Dhankwadi Swargate. Found on Just Dial . After discussion and as per the agreed quote payment was done to him. After taking the advance he is not traceable.
Also the registered address by Just dial is FAKE. We want find him and want the funds back.

In one of your list Rajiv memorial healthcare center, sitamarhi, Bihar has been given as a best doctor which is not the case mr R.K Prakash A doctor of orthopaedic has been ill treating the patients as a result a lot which including me had to undergo surgery after his medical negligence. JUST DIAL TEAM should immediately delist this centre .it’s a request you will look into this matter. A medical case is to be filed after this doctor I want from just dial team to remove them as soon as possible

I have been assure that i will be getting leads related to my business by which my business will grow, but reality is this that after 1 months experience I didn’t got a single relevant call. I called up 20 times to justdial.com to cancel subscription and get the refund but a person name Jatin simply said they dont have policy to return money. He was very rude and arrogant. This is unethical way of doing business. Now i am feeling helpless. My hardearned money is gone and in returns i will not be getting anything beneficial.

I am MOHIT JAIN and I registered in JUST DIAL /JD MART in 28/12/2021 under the name Dhanwantri Ayurveda As per regular calling from just dial / jd mart employ GAURAV GUPTA mobile no [protected] offered me new offers as reliance has takeover to justdial and there is trial going for two months will cost trial package of RS 7080 and package stop any time even if you use one month service and balance will be refund back to the bank account

Being such a big name of Reliance brand, I took the risk and start the package and paid rs 7080 for two months advance .

After the payment I called GAURAV GUPTA many times for not received any Gst invoice nor any welcome call or mail but he then gave me Miss RAKSHANDA Mobile no [protected] as she will design your website and listing so I called many time she didn’t pick up the phone next day also I called many times but after several attempt she picked and told me will take 12 days to complete the listing as your work is not started yet.

Later in 02 JAN 2022, received a message from our Indian Overseas bank as ecs is initiated of rs 3, 540/- for justdial I was shocked to see the message I called my bank they said an ecs schedule after 15 days and then called to Gaurav Gupta but he was not picking up the phone then called Manager JAMAL AHMAD NO [protected] I called him told him about this and he said it is ECS payment and that I will be charged this amount every month I informed that I was not told about this at the time of registration,

The worst part is, this executive GAURAV GUPTA got my signature on ecs form telling me that it normal formality company paper as without knowing and in my knowledge this guy GAURAV GUPTA HAS DONE FRAUD


Such a big brand Reliance employ doing this thing to the innocent people I never thought

I am running hotel in coimbatore and I have registered for recruiting Chinese master(civil worker) in just dial. One person named mohan called me and said he is from Kolkatta and said he saw my ad in just dial and want to work in my hotel.

He said he is specialised in cooking and willing to join with a daily wage amount for rs.600, I agreed and asked him to come to coimbatore for work.
He agreed and requested to pay for train ticket as he doesn't have cash and portrayed as poor guy willing to work. He sent me his AAdhar card as a proof and I felt pity and agreed and paid him(which I shouldn't) Rs. 1250(train ticket) + 300(food).

He said I need to send money to one guy named Abhijit mishra(gpay no:[protected] who is a ticket master in Kolkatta, I thought this is genuine and sent him the amount.

He contacted me next day and said, he lost the ticket and need to pay fine to the TTR, I suspected something is wrong here and didn't send any amount further.

As I thought he didn't pick my call thereafter.

Why these guys are been encouraged by Just Dial? I think some kind of action need to be taken by some of the officials who are cheating through online.

I was checking in google is there anyone faced same issue and complained against him, I can see one thread in twitter with the same details as I mentioned above.

Now I am sure why your business are not gorwing beacse of your employe .if you teach how to business and how talk with your customer .they don't atlist sense of talk wid client . I think you don't want more business from the market . If you don't take this seriously I am sure your fucher is not good ..I am the customer just giving you feed back .
