I have search a carpainter for cupboard making in my room from just dial after some time I have received a call from carpainter I told my address to that carpainter he visited my home told me about the cost of that cupboard is 28000 he asked me 12000 money for material for that cupboard I gave him that amount after that he will not return to my home I have also tried so many calls but he will not pic my call

MY name is Nilesh Kumar i register with your Just Dial On 08.04.2021 for one year and i paid Rs 11800/- for whole year. But i have no leads since 10.06.2021. Why you those people stop my leads i have paid full amount for one year. Two times i made a call to Just Dial people they wont give correct answer. If you are note taken any action against this matter. I will give a complaint against you people. My profile name is Nilesh Kumar Accountant from kachiguda. Already i written all those thing in a paper if you people not taking any action i will give a complaint. First why you stop my leads. Please see into this matter otherwise you people in big trouble.

My company registered as "Bharati Geotech & Engineering Services" on Justdial. We provide Geotechnical Investigation services, Pile load test services, Plate load test services. Even though i have removed some of the categories from our service list we are receiving call or leads for the same and as our package is lead based all our money is wasted on such leads only because of mismanagement from Justdial ltd

I have given ECS payment to justdial for their services, now tried to stop the ECS paymnent through communicated mail and call customer support executive and there is no response. informed to bank to stop the payment there is no response.

actually my monthly payment is rs.2360. recently i am trying to stop the payment like maintain my account with less balance they are coming from different route like detecting half amount like 1180 in monthly two times and later detecting rs.235 in 10 times like this.

Justdial is fake app it is not provide proper service and when customer request to stop service then they will not stop . Then every time new agent call for do not stop service.
They never stop ECS. customer are lot of request not stop service

I have reached this seller thru Justdial. He very irresponsible. In the 1st call for enquiry he was very polite and kind came home and took order till here he was good. After getting advance amount he is not responding to the calls and it's been 10Days since I paid him the amount.
I thought evey seller is verified in Justdial. Very disappointed to see such a worst seller got listed in your portal.

Even after contacting the Executive he is not Respond to our calls.
There is no more improvement in leads of our company targets as stated by Executive Most of the leads which we have Received till now are related to Job enquiry, We Hope at least now you will look into the issue and sort it out as early as possible

This is in regards to the package I have taken in Just Dial. I have an account with you in the name of 25th Hour auto service Pvt Ltd. I had called the Justdial team to go ahead change the name of the details in the same account and get the account activated, details to change the account details was due to Lockdown and financial loss.

One of the agent name Ganesh Priya has carried forward this case and told will get this done, all of a sudden in a 2 days after multiple follows I got a call from other agent from a personal number and started to give information stating this cannot be done. We need to open a new contract, then the agent did not even visit my place took all the details over the phone and opened the account and activated the account and I had clearly told will not pay the 1st ECS amount if I don't get any leads.

I have done payment of about 4720 + 118 rs for the contract to get activated now as I follow up with the same person for the lead he is now saying me to pay 1 st ECS and is using sales techniques to pay and upgrade the plan to make sure I would get leads.

If I had paid a certain amount I should have got leads to the amount I have paid, but the agent was very polite in explaining and telling bad about the company stating the company have changed the plan they do this all time so this is my personal suggestion go with a non-ECS plan pay a certain 30, 000 amount and then he promises he would get leads.

Now there are bounces charges in my account within 5 Working days of my initial payment did not even start my business and take money out of it.

This is frustrating and seriously I can see they are doing fraud and cheating customers. I want to get my Contract activated and get leads for the money I paid and the bounces charges to be refunded which are 350rs.

I can take this further through the court and am ready to spend a good amount of money to defame the company for what has happened to me, but before I do this I have come to this place to get a solution for the accounts have in Just dial.

I need my accounts and my contracts with Justdial active with the proper leads flowing in for the money paid.

My dad bougth a plan of justdial a website for 20000 because they claimed it was limited and about to end and it has features worth 110000 and it was specially for you.It has been more than 1 year and my dad never used it has my fathers buisness is hardware and my father has no plan of having online website because it would consume more effort and cost. along with website we had to buy domain for very high rate which is not convenient and they didnt told about the domain and cost before .And because we didnt renew the domain even the website is not working now and we dont need if there is any way for refund even if you take 2years money because the full money would be waste and 10000 all are big amount for people like us please if you can

So i had to call Just Dial. After the conversation with Just dial user, i got calls from many service providers as usual. One of them was near by and was able to come quickly. He checked and informed me the issue and the price...

I, Harshan Gada, owner of Kidzone Learning Center has changed the previous address "Mohanlal Vishram Apartment, Jambli Naka, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400601" to New address " A 304, Jai Vaibhav Chsl, Jambli Gali, Borivali West, Mumbai - 400092 (Opposite D K Corporation)" via justdial app.

In Justdial app, the new address is added successfully but on Google searching, still the old address is showing, I want to change the address to new one and even no new leads are coming to business.

For my listing,
This person Avik Bose and number is[protected] . He is daily called me and doing rude behavior with me. He says I have no authority to do listing in justdial. I mean how can you recruit those kind of person. Even I also worked for justdial in jaipur.. But i never worked like this. You can check mey record. It was always clean. But this person I can't tolerate this person. Next time if he called me i will give him a case. Very bad. I can't understand why you choose this kind of person.. Take action against this kind of behavior or tell me i will take the action..
