Hi Team,

This is in regards to the package I have taken in Just Dial. I have an account with you in the name of 25th Hour auto service Pvt Ltd. I had called the Justdial team to go ahead change the name of the details in the same account and get the account activated, details to change the account details was due to Lockdown and financial loss.

One of the agent name Ganesh Priya has carried forward this case and told will get this done, all of a sudden in a 2 days after multiple follows I got a call from other agent from a personal number and started to give information stating this cannot be done. We need to open a new contract, then the agent did not even visit my place took all the details over the phone and opened the account and activated the account and I had clearly told will not pay the 1st ECS amount if I don't get any leads.

I have done payment of about 4720 + 118 rs for the contract to get activated now as I follow up with the same person for the lead he is now saying me to pay 1 st ECS and is using sales techniques to pay and upgrade the plan to make sure I would get leads.

If I had paid a certain amount I should have got leads to the amount I have paid, but the agent was very polite in explaining and telling bad about the company stating the company have changed the plan they do this all time so this is my personal suggestion go with a non-ECS plan pay a certain 30, 000 amount and then he promises he would get leads.

Now there are bounces charges in my account within 5 Working days of my initial payment did not even start my business and take money out of it.

This is frustrating and seriously I can see they are doing fraud and cheating customers. I want to get my Contract activated and get leads for the money I paid and the bounces charges to be refunded which are 350rs.

I can take this further through the court and am ready to spend a good amount of money to defame the company for what has happened to me, but before I do this I have come to this place to get a solution for the accounts have in Just dial.

I need my accounts and my contracts with Justdial active with the proper leads flowing in for the money paid.

My dad bougth a plan of justdial a website for 20000 because they claimed it was limited and about to end and it has features worth 110000 and it was specially for you.It has been more than 1 year and my dad never used it has my fathers buisness is hardware and my father has no plan of having online website because it would consume more effort and cost. along with website we had to buy domain for very high rate which is not convenient and they didnt told about the domain and cost before .And because we didnt renew the domain even the website is not working now and we dont need if there is any way for refund even if you take 2years money because the full money would be waste and 10000 all are big amount for people like us please if you can

Iam not interested in your services kindly please stop pressing for debit amount from my account, your representative made me false information and activated this services in trailing mails I have requested to stop this service but despite of that you are trying to encash the amount from my bank account.

Today at home, my washing machine suddenly stopped working. To get a quick support to repair it, i usually depend on Just Dial, because this is a platform where i get my issue addressed in minutes. So i had to call Just Dial. After the conversation with Just dial user, i got calls from many service providers as usual. One of them was near by and was able to come quickly. He checked and informed me the issue and the price...

I, Harshan Gada, owner of Kidzone Learning Center has changed the previous address "Mohanlal Vishram Apartment, Jambli Naka, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400601" to New address " A 304, Jai Vaibhav Chsl, Jambli Gali, Borivali West, Mumbai - 400092 (Opposite D K Corporation)" via justdial app.

In Justdial app, the new address is added successfully but on Google searching, still the old address is showing, I want to change the address to new one and even no new leads are coming to business.

For my listing,
This person Avik Bose and number is[protected] . He is daily called me and doing rude behavior with me. He says I have no authority to do listing in justdial. I mean how can you recruit those kind of person. Even I also worked for justdial in jaipur.. But i never worked like this. You can check mey record. It was always clean. But this person I can't tolerate this person. Next time if he called me i will give him a case. Very bad. I can't understand why you choose this kind of person.. Take action against this kind of behavior or tell me i will take the action..

Prashant Maurya, team leader in just dial and Mohit took the money for banner on their website.It has been more than 20 days.
No banner given by them and they are not responding to the calls.

I buy fix postion pacakage from your company. And mr. prabjot from chandigarh is coming to my office. When I ask some of the keywords to him. He check that keywords and ask me its already merge in that keywords ( whose a lot to me)

But after purchasing that pacakage he said, me required are not merge

Kindly merge that keywords or refund my money or be ready for court case.

I was looking for transport vehicle in just dial and called company named JJ CARGO MOVERS . they did not accept the call after that transport. Just dial information and i booked a vehicle through them... They take 100% advance on behalf of transportation and did not send vehicle also did not refund the payment and my bike .. This is a fraud company listed in just dial.

I booked transport for delivery my goods and spoken with yogesh. He took my booking amount 2500 rs and said that he will deliver my goods on Sunday dated 25th July.
I called him many times he didnot receive my phone. In the evening i spoken to him and he said " gadi cancel hogayi hai aur ab 3500 rs aur dena honge maine mana kardiya extra amount dena kaliye".
Aur ab vo mera phone nahi uta raha hai.

A transport vendor who contacted through them has taken money and did not do assigned job, now even not answering call

I have a problem with him. He took 3 days to repair he tv and he offered me repair the iphone also. I gave my iPhone but he is not responding. It's been 2 weeks, but no response.. I am gonna file police case against him. Need your intervention to solve this. Thanks

I hold 3 sites in just dial with my mobile no [protected] .when ever one is trying to call to this number by cheking in just dial
The call is going to other numbers starting with series 7410575... I have tried the same many times no even single time I got the call to my cell number
It's a very serious issue these people are forwarding the numbers to other persons
As mine is a free site

I am the owner of DK CARS Dehradun Uttarakhand. Employee of just dial Ashutosh from dehradun and Shubham from Delhi took a cheque for a package of Justdial listing but they didn’t gave me same package. They gave me cheapest package and told me that “ Sir please wait 5-7 days to activate the package”. After 15 days I registered a complaint at Justdial mail ID “[protected]@justdial.com”
Now I got a call from Pushpender yadav phone no.([protected]) he told me that “Sir ashutosh is coming to your location to solve the problem” after that ashutosh took 7000 rs. Extra for the package in cash only but after that no one was receiving my call after many calls I emailed many times but Pushpender yadav is replying in favour of both persons. He also not helped me.
After that I told to Pushpender yadav that sir what is happening and I gave all screen shots of ASHUTOSH & SHUBHAM to Pushpender yadav.
After that PUSHPENDER YADAV told me “ I will check and than call back you till 1 o'clock. ””
You can easily check in chat. After that PUSHPENDER YADAV stopped me to reply at call and messages and now email me that my team is trying to reach you but you are not available. Now everyone can see who is trying to reach. So disappointing. Shame shame on JustDial.
Now I am going to take a LEGAL ACTION and
I WILL PUBLISH IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA ASAP

I had deposited 11800 INR on 20th feb 2019 for just dial service .
but after 1000's of follow up no services given, not listing / no ad etc.

now i need my money back, this is final call . if i didn't get my money in next 10 days ill send court notice. Thanks..

I am a customer of just dail, i activated my account on february, package is done 10000 as call leads and leads. Regularly I am getting calls and leads also till April 28 .. Suddenly from may I cannot see leads in my account when I saw last lead balance is there 8700 .. I am continuously calling customer care and giving complain that my account should be active... But no one is responding proper reply..
Request you to pls check and active my account in daily basis leads.. This is the way you are treating customers..
If not I may take serious and I may go to complaint in grievance cell..

I enquired about plumber in just dail..one person assisted to the work.He came to my home and didn't work anything..he told us like equipment is not with me right now.. tomorrow I will come with that mechine..and demanded for advance..we given 2500 Rs .from that day onwards he blocked all my contact numbers..

I mark a mail many times to Just Dial but no Revert and no Resolution of my complain till date.officer not pick my phone i am very frustrated from just dial services.
As i am ur customer john basker, company name(SGN HOME CARE SERVICE)PH-[protected] for one month i have taken a package of RS.9178 and i have been paid through cheque of RS.9178 on april 2021 & ECS RS.2296 & RS.1056.24, i am not satisfied with ur service, no calls for...
