Maid Replacement is not done inspite of follow-ups

I have been waiting for a replace of my maid and the operations team (Zoya & Nasreen) have just stopped answering my calls and messages. I WOULD NOT recommend this agency at all. After taking their fees they just stop replying when issue arises...

Deficiency in Service - No Refund of money paid

Address: 310-311 , Gemstar commercial complex, Ramachandra lane ext, Malad-West, Mumbai 400064

I (Vijitha - vijtha.[protected]@gmail.com) reached out to bookmybai.com through the website and paid INR 1000 on 6Feb2025.
They promised me the service of cook and cleaning maid for monthly payment of 11, 000 INR for 4 hours of work including cooking and cleaning.

The agreed work time was between 630 to 1030 AM

They sent me profiles of various maids and we finalised one maid (Mala) who was to start 17th Feb.br...

1ST maid she left in 10 days
2nd maid lied to us saying her son fell took money from us and left.
she even lied that RM of bookymybai didnt even call her.
now there is nooone reverting from bookmybai.com not even the RM
their maids are not at all trained or trustworthy.

The first maid left in 15 days
the second maid lied saying her son fell at work and need money for hospitalisation took extra amount and left.

Bookmybai doesnt provide good service, their RM is not responding.
Cant trust them anymore, you feel cheated .

We need the refund of the registration fee.
There is a problem with trust as the maid has to look after my mother in law who is a senior citizen 80 years old who need care and oxygen bipap.

    I recently booked a babysitter through this bookmybai service and paid the full amount of ₹17, 700. However, they did not provide any maid as promised. This entire experience feels like a complete fraud. After taking the registration money, they failed to deliver the agreed-upon service. They do not respond to calls or messages, and on the rare occasion they do, they give inconsistent excuses. I strongly advise others not to trust such services.

      On 12 June, I paid Rs 1000 ad advance for getiing a helper. I was informed that this Rs 1000 will be adjusted when I pay the one months services fees to Bookmybai after selection of helper.

      On 14 June I selected the Helper and paid one Month salary to Bookmybai as Services fees

      Since 15 June I am asking for Rs 1000 refuns as it was not adjusted in the services fees

      Bookmy bai is ignoring my calss and messages. They are cheating customers as they do not want to pay me the refund

        Hi,

        Complaint: I recently moved to Bangalore and needed a cook. I found this company online, which promised fast service if I paid. However, they failed to deliver. I had to make other arrangements myself.

        When I requested a refund, they went silent. It's been over two weeks, and I haven't received my refund or any communication from them.

          I spend 21.2K in advance for the service and in return I get rude maid and a bad service. Now I need a refund. I paid for the service on 6th Mar and same day I even I complained. Soon after they got the money, everyone tone has changed and even they are not providing any option.
          We were never told that this amount is non-refundable. If you charge a fees for the service and we do not want a service because of your poor quality. We should be entitled to get the refund. If you are not willing to refund the amount I will consider that as a cheating and misuse of trust.

            I had booked their services for a COOK.
            It has been a month now, and they havent been able to provide 1 good maid after taking 5900/- on 2nd of Jan 2024.
            The 1st maid they provided had timing issues who came on time only the 1st day and after they got the money, she started coming at 2pm which is post our Lunch time and is useless. After that they were not able to provide a single maid who cleared the interview.
            They say we give 3 replacements! But i didnt even get 1 proper cook from them in a months time.

            I need the refund of the money i paid to them.

                I have availed the babycare taker by paying their commission amount around 13000.
                Initially I have received the maid for 2 month, and she left the job.
                According to their agreement, bookmybai should provide the replacement of this candidate within 2 weeks. But they haven't showing any interest in this and delaying the replacement by giving the lame reasons.
                Unfortunately there is no customer care support and no resolution for this.

                    Mr. Juaid, the agency representive had confirmed one candidate for maid service and collected the payment on 29.11.2023 with the promise to commence the work from 30.11.2023. However, no candidate turned up and no service is available. The payment is collected without any service and through fradulent means. I demand the refund of the money already paid.

                      To make the urgent maid arrangements, I had paid the requested amount of inr 1000/-.However, company didn't provide any support for arranging the maid. Unfortunately I had to manage it through other source. Since I didn't use their service, as per company policy I am entitled to get back the paid amount.
                      I have been following up for more than a month but the refund is not yet processed.

                        No response for the refund request

                        I had requested for a maid from bookmybai on 21st october 2023, I had mentioned it as an urgent requirement and for 8/9 days, book my bai could not arrange a maid. Then I made my own arrangements and asked them for the refund.

                        I have done the full payment on 23rd october itself, 18080 + (1000 advance ), total 19080/-
                        As their representative said only if I marked the full payment they can proceed with the maid service....

                        This company promised me that they will provide a maid and if maid don’t show up they will find a replacement between 10 days and they asked me to pay 5900 in advance before the joining of the maid and it has been a month they are failed to provide me maid or any replacement. Moreover now they have raised the charges of the maid and now they want us to pay 1000 extra that is 6000 to the maid which was 5000 before. Maid which they sent us to our home was physically challenged. And they don’t train maids as they claim.
                        I just want my money back who I paid for their service and they are incapable of providing me any kind of service.

                          I had paid Rs 2499 as one month subscription for hiring a cook on 30 sep 23.. On the App five or six names and details apperared, for my part time cook for Rs 5000. The were all at the other end of hebbal, where I stay and refused.
                          That is all no amount of calls made to your company and whatsapp messages resulted in any details of cooks whom I could contact.
                          It is almost s month now and my subscription is going to lapse without any service being provided.
                          Therefore, my subscription should be refunded at the earliest.

                            I registered on 28 September 2023 and paid the desired amount (1000+7260), Eight thousand two hundred sixty to avail the maid facility (ID-975862). I am staying in Anushaktinagar resident (BARC, Colony, Mumbai Pin-400094) where security/safety is prime concern. Considering safety, security officers mandatory ensures maid servants/other workers to have Police verification/other formalities. Each and every rules were told to Bookmybaai staff before the final payment and sending maid servants to Anushaktinagar resident. They seems to be very casual and wasted my 20 days time and energy - This is not refundable. Bookmybaai staff is very unprofessional, neither supportive nor competent.
                            I have been trying to contact (via phone) to raise concern. Customer service is never reachable.

                            Suggestions:
                            1. Please provide your staff/maids details information about security/gate-pass associated with Residential area: – Anushaktinagar Colony (BARC), Trombay, 400094.
                            2. Else you exclude this area in your services. Because most of the maids deny this area due to security reasons and travel issues.

                            I have not been provided with the desired service. More than 20 days passed. Please refund the amount (8260/-) at the earliest. [For 1000 rps, please refer to ID-975862 and for 7260 rps the payment ID - MIJNsGJjSKSBnu].

                              I had registered on bookmybai to hire a cooking maid, to shortlist candidates i had to pay 1000 rs to avail the service. I could not hire anyone through their service hence I asked Junaid [protected] ( from the agency) to refund the amount to which he has not responded. I've been trying to reach him as it's been over 15 days now but there's no response from him now and neither have I received my refund
