I started my cloud kitchen to become “aatmanirbhar”. As a house wife, I had to ask my husband to invest in getting the cooking business open.
1. I contacted Jyoti at on 8th June ‘21.
2. She suggested me to buy a package for 2000/- + GST (min commitment 2 months). So I paid 4000/- + GST.
3. I instantly bought this as only one face comes when we hear Justdial “MR AMITABH BACCHAN”.
4. For initial 7 days it was working good. However, as unexpected After 1 week my account got deactivated.
5. Called customer care support to enquire but pathetic assistance.
6. Called Jyoti again & she said your ECS bounced (then started heated argument).
7. ECS for what when I pre paid for 2 months?? And she had her own policy which she wanted to chock me with.
8. I am feeling cheated as
(a) when asked to activate my subscription, Jyoti says pay 2000/- more (no justification for what)
(b) when asked to refund my 4000/- + GST, Jyoti said that can’t be done.

Kindly stop sharing my number unnecessarily getting scam/spam messages from unknown number

I have activated my business with just dial and taken guaranteed plan in which just dial executive provide information about plan is, if my deal is complete with customer then my lead charge should be deduct of Rs. 46 per dealing lead, after active service there was so many error come like irrelevant lead option not show, balance passbook not show, lead come out of area etc. Now just dial say that company has close this plan so your done payment is nil (zero). you want take new plan by paying additional amount. as of now i have paying almost 6 ECS that all payment are zero, where my no one dealing is complete with customer so where is my ECS payment amount?
still date not provide GST bill invoice copy, not any staff support and response,

My no is [protected] iam getting calls all the time..of service I do not require..I was searching for something else but iam getting calls for sometime els from last month which I don't need..

I was promised certain number of leads by justdial based no the package and promotion being run during month of march.
The number was suppose to be 190 + 20%(promotion).

Just dial is now refusing give me the promotion which was promised.i have the email from their marketing/sales representative.

It seems i have been lied to by justdial.

I had taken service from justdail 1.5 years ago, I have asked to stop my service and stop ECS, even after requested company taking ECS plz help me and close my issue

Our company is registered in the name of San softwares. We have purchased Justdial portal on 22.04.2021 having Invoice No.HR0421SN10255592 of amount Rs75400/- . We are using Justdial portal from last 2 months but there is no relevant lead . As our key word is call center solution, They had provided around 500 leads till now in which I guess there are only 1 to 2 leads on which the person is actually looking for call center software others are like we haven't search for that or some says that we want job in call center . We told this to Just Dial Executive( Preeti -[protected], [protected] and Amarjeet - [protected]) from whom we purchased the portal but didn't find any relevant answers and when we asked to cancel our contract and refund our money back, than they are not willing to cancel our contract . We are providing you the attachment of mail and invoice copy.

Last night, my mom had accidentally visited JustDial, she didn't fill out any forms, within few minutes she started getting many calls regarding "Bulk Sms". I went and checked the device history, and enquiry form was nowhere to be submitted. I'm still receiving calls this even today despite complaining to justdial customer care. She has got more than 30+ calls

I am Dr. Prabhavathi, Physiotherapist my clinic name is Prabha Physio care and wellness clinic. I am paid customer of just dial. In my profile it is mentioned as physiatrist replace it with Physiotherapist.
I am not getting patients for my clinic through just dial.

Justdial hasn't the salary for its employees in the support function. However other departments got hike and increment as well. Last year work was started in full fledge however failed to pay us incentives for 1year. However they have money for advertising in IPL. Its not an employee centric company.
Justdial has not paid salary from may 2020 till September 2020. Who will occur our loss also incentives hasn't been paid since 2020 may till march 2021.

I have bought a package from justdial.com of rs 25000/- for 1 year.

I am continuously receiving unwanted, useless queries daily
so I have requested many times to change the keywords and do the needful.
but there is no change till today.

and nobody serious about this, I am suffering mentally but nobody cares

The salesperson goes after taking payment and he was promised me better service but that was fake commitments.

kindly give me a refund asap.

He has blocked me in Justdial phone number and given his personal mobile number of [protected] in which he has WhatsApp number. He demanded 30, 000 for the work and I gave him 10, 000 in advance. He has given joint account of SBI of Asoke Kumar Roy and Namita Roy. The Account number is [protected]. I have every call recordings and WhatsApp chat with me and the proof of giving him money.I want my money back and will lodge a police complaint against him. And will request justdial too take action against him.

Want to change name & remove the pics
but not done even after our regular follow up.
you are showing our wrong info, we are getting wrong calls.

I have made the payment to Naveen Traders (Contact No. of dealer : [protected]) for an order of fruits. Now the vender has blocked my contact is not delivering the required products and is not responding. I have the screenshot of transaction (Novopay Solutions). Please refund my money else and don't indulge in such fraudulent activities.

Rabi Carpenter, in JHARPADA BHUBANESWAR taken money for home carpentry work. But not lifting our phone now after taking 2500/- rupees for material.

I have called mechanic from Rajlaxmi services Ahmednagar for washing machine repairing but they have damaged the motor which was already in good condition previously.

Hi one of the sale executive mr haribabu had continuously followed me and get the cheque.
After cheque passed no response.Not picking the calls.Given wrong key words.

Past 2years back informed to close my account.but still ecs is going on

I am a registered customer of Just Dial for the second time. My Invoice No. referred above purchased on 13/02/2021 covering 5km of Ambattur area.

So far I have received very few enquiries though I am in top 5 list in Ambattur area. No conversions of any calls so far. I purchased the pack through SBI Credit Card and is paying monthly interest of Rs.700/- for the outstanding dues.

I am not available in search list of Lawyers in Ambattur.

Kindly check whether I am in the top 5 list of Lawyers in Ambattur for matrimonial, maintenance, bank debts, consumer complaints, land disputes etc.,
