A transport vendor who contacted through them has taken money and did not do assigned job, now even not answering call

I have a problem with him. He took 3 days to repair he tv and he offered me repair the iphone also. I gave my iPhone but he is not responding. It's been 2 weeks, but no response.. I am gonna file police case against him. Need your intervention to solve this. Thanks

I hold 3 sites in just dial with my mobile no [protected] .when ever one is trying to call to this number by cheking in just dial
The call is going to other numbers starting with series 7410575... I have tried the same many times no even single time I got the call to my cell number
It's a very serious issue these people are forwarding the numbers to other persons
As mine is a free site

I am the owner of DK CARS Dehradun Uttarakhand. Employee of just dial Ashutosh from dehradun and Shubham from Delhi took a cheque for a package of Justdial listing but they didn’t gave me same package. They gave me cheapest package and told me that “ Sir please wait 5-7 days to activate the package”. After 15 days I registered a complaint at Justdial mail ID “[protected]@justdial.com”
Now I got a call from Pushpender yadav phone no.([protected]) he told me that “Sir ashutosh is coming to your location to solve the problem” after that ashutosh took 7000 rs. Extra for the package in cash only but after that no one was receiving my call after many calls I emailed many times but Pushpender yadav is replying in favour of both persons. He also not helped me.
After that I told to Pushpender yadav that sir what is happening and I gave all screen shots of ASHUTOSH & SHUBHAM to Pushpender yadav.
After that PUSHPENDER YADAV told me “ I will check and than call back you till 1 o'clock. ””
You can easily check in chat. After that PUSHPENDER YADAV stopped me to reply at call and messages and now email me that my team is trying to reach you but you are not available. Now everyone can see who is trying to reach. So disappointing. Shame shame on JustDial.
Now I am going to take a LEGAL ACTION and
I WILL PUBLISH IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA ASAP

I had deposited 11800 INR on 20th feb 2019 for just dial service .
but after 1000's of follow up no services given, not listing / no ad etc.

now i need my money back, this is final call . if i didn't get my money in next 10 days ill send court notice. Thanks..

I am a customer of just dail, i activated my account on february, package is done 10000 as call leads and leads. Regularly I am getting calls and leads also till April 28 .. Suddenly from may I cannot see leads in my account when I saw last lead balance is there 8700 .. I am continuously calling customer care and giving complain that my account should be active... But no one is responding proper reply..
Request you to pls check and active my account in daily basis leads.. This is the way you are treating customers..
If not I may take serious and I may go to complaint in grievance cell..

I enquired about plumber in just dail..one person assisted to the work.He came to my home and didn't work anything..he told us like equipment is not with me right now.. tomorrow I will come with that mechine..and demanded for advance..we given 2500 Rs .from that day onwards he blocked all my contact numbers..

sir one of your company employee working in Justdial, Name sumanth, I paid 3500 amount for my business listing purpose, but still is not listing in my business, I transffered my amount, he says he is justdial employee, he follow up from 4months, I paid amount, after that his phone switch off, refund my amount as soon as possible sir

I have subscribed in justdial in the month of March 2020 . on that time executive said me that your subscription is valid for one year only . after one year completed in march, my subscription still continues from April 2021.
i have contact customer care and ask them to discontinue my ECS but i have received answer that your ECS discontinuous after 3 month . my concern is that why should i pay for three month extra ? i already paid april, may and june charge but still people said you have to continue for more three month . i want my money back which diducted after april month. my ECS diducted in june and july even after i request for discontinue .

if i not get possitive reply i will lodge complain in greviance and other higher level authority.

Hi calling from Rudra properties [protected] /[protected] sachin khandelwal since 10 coplaints are give but no response very bad service .I am not receiving calls from 15 july i have complaint 10 times but no response.my money is getting waisted .i have to give a complaint of fraud on u guys .please resolve

I have account with Just dial in the name of Dr. Madhuri Tetgure.
1st emi deducted on 28th April
2nd emi deducted on 29th May.
My contract started on 1st June.
After seeing the leads I understood that just dial is just making money so I asked satveer to cancel the contract.
To which he agreed.
15th June 3rd emi deducted. Again I complained him to stop ecs. He assured next time it won't happen again. He will ask customer care to refund.
15th July 4th emi deducted.
I have all the proof regarding this matter.

I have contineously cheated for last 3 years. We have been raising compalints to aarti but she is cheating us every time.

I had paid for contract renewal with the commitment from justdial that the contract will not renew early. Byt every yeart aarti is cheating and renewing the contract on the date of payment.
My contract renewal is supposed to be August.
Can you please ensure I am not being charged twice for June to August?
Please refund the amount from my previous contract since you have started new contract before my previous one expired for last 3 years.

I requested many times to cancel my contract by phone and mail
. But not doing that
And my contract is renewed automatically without my permission for this year

As I wanted to stay in hotel room one of my friend but I was already late to spend couples of hour with her so i thought just dial is good platform to get hotel details around Dwarka Sector-6 so i did call to just dial they provides hotel detail and finally i found one hotel at Ramphal chowk (Hotel Royal Galaxy) Room No.303 we encountered a number o[censored]nsatisfactory service Like Parking, food ordering even one girl handling recaption area who didn't Know who is my manager and many number of boy sat there that was unsafe for women and much more thing had happened During three hours to hours and most important thing is I got my room 1hour late after booked room
I would like to hear your thoughts about my complaint and the steps that you are willing to take to prevent such incidents in the future.

Well I have searched for refrigerator repair and service a weak ago, in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, as such a 4 technicians has called me out that a person named Durga Prasad of Rohini refrigerator and Electrical works, door no 9/16, Tadigadapa penamalur mandal, of Vijayawada, has visited my house for refrigerator repair he said that the compressor oil and the fridge door seal needs to be replaced, as he is not carrying them he said he has to get it, and asked me to give RS.2000/- as an advance, till date has not rectified the problem when i am calling him he is saying that he has some problem, I asked him to return back my advance he said that he will return back the amount via phone pay, but he haven't done that more over he is not replying to my call, his phone number is [protected], when I visited his shop address which was given by him there is no shop by that name- my sincere advice / request to just dial is not to encourage this kind of cheap person's on just dial without proper verification, as I have lost my money, I just gave advance to unknown person as I have trust on just dial, but it proved me wrong, and thought me a lesson that a know enemy is better than an known friend.

i have taken the paid service of your company, from your employee abhishek. He committed us to send the relavent queries but we have got not even a single relavent query. Many reminders and calls were given to him and his boss akashdeep singh but nothing was improved from there end.
The amount was given you in form of monthly ecs. Service and ecs started in january 2021, since we are not getting good queries, mail were sent to you to stop the ecs in march as we are not satisfied with your services.
It does not mean that if we have opted you plan so we have to pay the amount. If we are not satisfied we have the right to exit and save our future deductions.But after sending so many mails to you no ecs has been stopped. Full amount deducted.
Kindly refund our money back

Sir, I am doing a agency of DHLCourier agency in Angamaly. I am somany times install my profile into google.But my profile is not showing in google site. In that time I contact just dial toll free number ([protected]). Then your representative (Mis. Kavya ) contact me, and pay Rs. 17, 500/- for update my profile. Your field staff Mr. Vishnu come to my office and cllect the cheque, around 16 days back, . But till now my profile is not shown in google. I have called to JD 25-30 times regarding the leads which I get totally frauds and unwanted ECS activation but they don’t entertain me just ask me to call later or tell that our executive will call you in 24 Hrs but it doesn’t work, I have raised the complaint on consumer court and also I have mail on Mumbai just Dail Email still there is no solution till time

This is really very big fraud with us and don’t know how much they do the same with others also
I have stop there campaign before 5 days I got msg from JD that your service is stop but still today again they have cut 3540 Rs from my A/C .
Really this is not like professional behaviour and they don’t listen anything and not going to stop ECS as well not going to Refund my money
I want my Money back at any cost if they not return my money I will file a case against him with help of my Brother as he is a Advocate

I am the director of Z S Forex & Trading Pvt Ltd located in Lucknow, (UP).
I have been a very loyal customer to your company. I have secured the platinum position in foreign exchange category in lucknow for the last 10 years. I have entered into a contract for two years as suggested by the company employee Mr Shashank Johri and Mr Vikas Sahu on 30th June 2021 which is valid till 30th June 2023 securing the top most position in foreign exchange category in lucknow. I got a call from Mr Shashank saying that some other company is giving more than our company for the same position, so if i like to retain it kindly pay extra amount or take a refund. This is unethical and unacceptable on the company's part. I am being asked for more money although i have an agreement till 2023. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it or i will go to court.
