Today i have ordered pedigree for my pets from just dial registered shop named as dog world and adress as bailley road, khajpura, patna, bihar-800014 and the owner of that shop named as harsh kumar. As telephonic discussion with mr harsh, he told that due to covid-19 we delivered only on emergency basis. So if it would emergency then please pay on my mobile no registered over just dial through upi. So we paid rs 1000. After that i didn't deliverd item. On calling, he regret to received and blocked the number. So, i request you to resolve my problem and this type of fraud never happen in future with any one

I have done 2 transaction through jd pay link through the hdfc credit card.. the payment debited from the card. But not yet credited. ( 2100+2100) on 26.03.2020.the first payment transaction id is - BPO4J1Q1.
Another transaction i didn't get any message

Due to this severe janta curfew because of corona virus as we all very well get to aware about!
If the company give facility to our employees to stay at home and work, so it doesn't make sense that they pressurized our employees to do more work in home.in my company, the higher authority and managers are pressurized every day to do much more work as compare to office! On the same side if any agent fails to do the same they order to mark leave without pay or if the employees our doing half of the work they mark the agent half day!
In our home we don't get complete access of our software where we can freely work with it! Every 10 minutes it have a software issue! And in this regard they want 150 minutes talktime /one contract/ 50 calls a days.
How a employee peacefully doing work at home if they pressurized like this.
As a sales person we have a work to communicate with the client regarding the policies and benefits which they avail over online! But if the customer is not ready to talk, phone automatically disconnect, abuse us, shout us or saying can't you see what's happening in world and you just only want to sale pkg!

So how we would complete our daily task! If we fail to do the same! We get deduction in our salary as they clearly stated.
That's why i'm complaining about high command of my company to take strick actions regarding them

The compnay registered with justdial in the name of accolinks solutions pvt ltd is not providing refund of money as deposit even after 2 months pf vacation of flat and all the dues making clear. They keep on saying we will do it and then they are not at all picking up the phones.
Please help me out to get my refund back

I keep getting various spam calls from people from net.

My personal number - +91-[protected] is tagged as civil hospital ahmedabad - kidney department.

Just dial is put this number without checking with me.
This is a personal harassment as receive at least 10 calls.

I am running a dance studio for ladies and was approached by Mr. Saran Raj for advertising in just dial. He was good at explaining things and benefits and all. Later I was approached by Ms. Illakiya [protected] for confirming about the offers. Everything went well until I came to know that Mr. Saran Raj was also listening to the conversation without my permission and knowledge. When I confronted Ms. Illakiya she was saying he came on the call, even then she should have mentioned it to me. Now, I am getting messages from her telling that she is helping me to grow my business and I should thank her first. Is this how it is going to be? Is this how you guys protect a client's privacy? Is this the business etiquette of such a big organization? I demand an explanation and answer. I have attached the screenshot of her messages and her call timing details. Hope you guys would take action.

This is with ref. to the JD package I bought for my business from Justdial dated 9th Aug 2019..

I tried reaching the marketing representative so many times after buying the package, but despite several reminders, I did not get any response from him.

Moreover, the services they claimed are not working at all. I am highly dis-satisfied with the product bought and the services I am getting from Just Dial team.
Their plan is not working for my business at all for which I have paid hefty amount. There is no after sales services as well.

I request you to initiate the exit process for this package with refund of entire amount (Rs 35000) paid to Justdial company.

I am ateek singh, have taken 2 month subscription of my company "addictive rhythm" from justdial by relationalship manager "himanshu rai - [protected]" starting from 6th jan to 6th march 2020 only and paid through cheque to mr himanshu and his collegeaue mr lalit of amount 7848/- which has been deducted on 1st jan 2020.
Without my persmission they have deducting ecs amount since 3 months.
1) jan - 3888/-
2) feb -3888/-
3) march - 3888/-
Total - approx 20k has been taken
I have not given any cancelled cheque for ecs or so. Without my knowledge they are deducting amount from my account and on calling mr himanshu, he denied to visit / meet me or provide any solution.
I asked him to send my signed copy for which he refused to provide.
I asked him whats ur senior/ city head name, he responded, "sorry, i forgot and don't know his name". But at time of registration he talked all his seniors to get the deal.
As relationship manager i didnot expect such response from employee of justdial.
I even mailed at "[protected]@justdial.com" its being more 48 hours no revert came back till now.
I called up customercare number in ecs department, "rakhi picked up the call and i told her to stop the services, her response was expectionally as she said i cannot stop ur services, i repeately told her the situation, doesn't want to continue services.
Then also she claimed she cannot stop services.
I asked her to tell me name of your senior or escalate. She denied to tell her senior name nor mail id and even responded"aap so rahe the kya 3 months se".
This is not i accept support to merchant by justdial team.
Really pathetic behaviour.

At the time of my registration i was clearly told by mr himanshu & lalit that u are paying this amount for only 2 months and i[censored] want to continue after that, will seek permission.


I want refund of total amount of rs 11664/- and stop my services immediately.

My fake sign was assigned by the justdail employee on the nach form and the signature was not even matching with my original signature but still it was passed by the central bank of india employee. And within 1 month 2 installment was reduced from my account without my concern. So please kindly help me to recover my money. Since was given the cheque to the justdail employee for a single month trail. But he used that cheque as well as with the fake signature of mine in order to activate for a 365 days plan and also the central bank of india passed that fake signature nach. I am attaching a form along with my name and bank details.

Sir, was tracking my courier which was not delivered to pune, so called this mobile no from just dial info of professional courier kharghar [protected], he asked me to pay rs10 via link that he will provide, then he sent me link and asked to enter details, upi pin and all so i realised this is hacker and asked him to give me address of that courier, then he dropped my call. I want to report this no and request to take further action in this regard,
As this no is not of professional sourier kharghar, also have reported this to cybercrime complaint no acknowledgement number : [protected]

I am a small startup tutor who run a small tuition center at adambakkam, just dial personal visited and convinced me repeatedly several time that they can give 30 verified leads for sure. And they opted to pay rs. 24, 000/- immediately to activate it. Its been more than 2 weeks from now all calls were received fake and services is unbelievably worst. When i asked the manager who convinced me, he simply asking rs 12, 000 more to make something. Annoying and frustrated situations.

Just dial company is fraud company and looting innocent people's money. I have paid account with them since 4 years but not getting enough business from them and i wish to end the paid process.
Since january 2020 i am calling customer care to stop the process. But they said it will take 90 days to stop it.
I again called them in month of march to stop ecs. But they said on 16th march they process every months bill. I called them again on 17th march and they said you will get call from supervisor and then only it can be stopped. There was no call from anyone.
On 18th i again called them but they said same thing and not received any call.
This is purely mental harassment. I just wish the company should get big lesson for looting money.

This has a reference to the complaint which i lodged regarding phone harassment. Same day i received a call from [protected], saying that there will not be more harassment.
But very sorry to inform you that yesterday there was call again from just dial staff as if nothing has happened.
Shall i think that its useless to complain.

So please cancel my subscription to justdial i should not get any calls from justdial and i have got all the informations in the justdial i tried many ways to unsubscribe but not able to do so please unsubscribe me or delete my account from just dial.
