[Resolved] JustDial.com — bogus/ unrecognised/ fraud transaction on my kotak credit card | |||
On 24th february, 2019 rs.6952/- was deducted on my kotak credit card. I had not shared my credit card details or the otp received with anyone. However, within a mere few seconds my a/c was debited with the said amount. I have not applied for any offers neither have undergone any transactions with justdial. Hence, i would like to claim full refund of the said amount at the earliest. Please look into the matter immediately and resolve it as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

My credit card got debited by Rs.6952/- on 24/02/19. However, the said transaction was not undertaken by me. The amount was debited in the name of citrusp*justdial.com when I did not even share my card details or swipe it anywhere. Please look into the matter and revert back to me and refund my money back.

Even company is not responding for executives activities. No worth for money. very poor service. Could not speak to Complaint department. Money is the only motto to justdial.
