I magician ramesh of magician ramesh & party, thane, am customer of just dial (Jd) since 2010. Now i would like to discontinue my business and have requested just dial to stop my ecs on 1st oct 19 as 3 months is the noticed period. I have been following up on the same my sending follwoup email on my initial request. I received return email asking for certain details which have already been provided but my request has not yet been closed. I logged in their site and noticed that complaint id is 1783919, 1788353 and 1816783 dated 07.10.19, 18.10.18, 26.12.19 and in all complaints standard remark is mentioned 'transferred to retention' and status is mentioned as closed. But even after more than 3 months they still have not confirmed stopping of ecs. I tried to lodge it on their site but below link is not working even after trying multiple times. https://www.justdial.com/webmain/os_index.php?city=Mumbai&docid=022PPE73463&parentid=PPE73463&rduser=1 I am a senior citizen aged 75 years. It is very unfortunate that this is the kind of treatment being offered at this stage by dj to its long associated customer.
