[Resolved] JustDial.com — faker justdial team created ecs copy | |||
I had entered in to contract for 3 months for just dial services. At the time of entering in to contract, i had informed j. D. Team about my unwillingness to extend contact beyond 3 months. The team had agreed & took signed ecs for 1 month to be claimed in next month. Ecs was cleared & collected by j. D.in march 2018. Yet in the month april 2018, i got message that ecs is going to hit my bank account. My complaint is; 1. How your team created new ecs? 2. How can your team extend duration of contract & generate invoice without free consent of customer? 3. Why the j. D. Representative is now avoiding my calls? Was this information helpful? | |||
