[Resolved] JustDial.com — Force fully taking the charges through ECS mode for the unwanted services | |||||
I am the owner of website company (Induswebpro.com). Last year in 2016 i have taken justdial's company listing plan for which i have to make the payment in monthly mode by ecs through my bank account. However due to the poor service and no lead response i wanted to cancel the plan. I contacted to their customer service department in last year nov 2016. One of their executive told me that i have to serve the notice period for 3 months then only i can cancel the plan. I told them if i do not want service why should i have to pay then. But he did not agree. So i told them to cancel the plan after 3 months. However they havn't cancelled the plan till yet. Again this year in feb 2017 i called them and they are again saying me to wait for three months. Their customer service department is making us go round and round. I had paid heavy charges from bank because of this. And they are not cancelling the ecs. I want to ask who will pay the amount which i had to pay for the service which i did not want and the service i did not receive. Please address the issue.
