[Resolved] JustDial.com — harassment for purchasing paid ad | |||
I got a call from just dial employee rahul from [protected]. He insisted that i shd purchase a paid ad.. Although i told him atleast 10 times that i donot need it. I disconnected the call as he kept on arguing that i hav to purchase it. He again called fron private number [protected] and started a verbal fight. This is ridiculous i need apology from him. Just dial shud take strictest action possible against him.. Else ill my a police complaint and get this person and just dial sued. Also i tried to complaint by calling [protected] just dial.. But they kept me on hold and finally "did not" Transfer the call to the complaint department.. The executive was preeti from malad mumbai who was not ready to take my complaint and kept me just on hold. Need a proper apology... Just dial and employees are harassing for paid advertisements.
