[Resolved] JustDial.com — stop ecs for justdial | |
We have made contract with justdial and after that they started deducting money from our bank account directly through ecs every month. Since we are not getting proper enquires we asked them to terminate our account and stop deducting ecs from our bank account but we are not getting any response from the customer care team and they are auto-renewing the agreement and keep on deducting the amount. Even after sending repeated mails and calling their customer care we are not getting any response. At the time of making the agreement their executive never told us about this & even not informed us about the auto renewal will be done after 1 year. We don't want any deduction from our account as any agreement can be terminated by giving prior notice but this is totally theft. We once again request justdial to stop deducting money from our account through ecs & terminate the agreement.
