[Resolved] JustDial.com — to stop the services and stop ecs

Hello,

I am a business women and subscripbed for one year. After advance notice of 9 month still justdial company has not stopped my services with them and still they are deducting ecs from my bank account.
When i spoke with their ecs team, they said it is auto-renew agreement. I demanded agreement and still not received their cusotemr agreement. I want my refund. These people are fake and not doing business. They just loot the customer.
Please help.

I already sent email on [protected]@justdial.com, plz check you respecive email. But I know nothing can be done, You people just want money and just go on assuming many thing...You people assume we want to restart the service hence you guys start deducting money from our wallet.
You guys never send cusotmer agreement as per his requirement...JD is fooling people

I registered for a business on justdial. Com and the service agreement was for 1 year and it's more than an year they are deducting my money they already deducted 2000+5000 and i called them more than 20 times and not deactivating the service. My contact number is [protected] kindly help me with this issue.
