[Resolved] Justdial.com — unwanted collection of ecs after request for stopping service

We tiffosi italiya food n beverages already requested to the email id we get informed from your executive to stop ecs and services 4 months back and also requested through phone also.
Last month mr. Sanoop attended and told us that he is looking after ecs and he will do needful as per our request, but he is arrogent to us after the continuation ecs appered and we called him. He told us that you have not requested properly..
He assured the stop ecs through phone and before that, as per the tele advice, we have emailed from firstname.lastname@example.org to stop this as per the mail id we received.
The ecs is comming in split condetion and it shall be arround 9 nos of ecs.
As our company is met with some market crisis, we requested to stop ecs as we are not able to manage the amount per mont for ecs.
The ecs is comming 3 or 4 times after the normal hitting date when the ecs is not realized after stopping request.
We have approched a bank loan expansion and they rejected the same only because of ecs return 9 times for 3or more days.
And for one ecs return, bank will charge 295 rs as bounce charge.
When 1 day ecs returned we may loss 295 x 9 nos =rs.2655 for one time.
And it repeats 3 or 4 times.
That means 2655 x 3 =rs. 7965 /- bounce charges for one month.
We are not able to bare this much per mont for the time being.
Otherwise we will not bounce your payments..
Today the 1st of february 2018, we received 5 returns..
Our bank is not able to stop this.
If you are not able to support further, we may compelled to go for legal support to escape from this trap!!
Urgently need to stop further resubmission of ecs any more..
