I am Arjun Balakrishnan.My just eat ID is [protected]@yahoo.com.
I had placed 3 orders namely 2150207, 2150360, 2150433 on April 15 around 8.15pm through online payment.
All the online payments had been successful and I had got mails from just eat stating confirmation of all the orders along with the 3 order ID mentioned above.
After 10 minutes some just eat representative called and told all the three orders were on hold even after me getting successful confirmation of orders.I did not got the food delivered also and my orders worth Rs 116, Rs 370, Rs 310 totalling to Rs 794 is wasted.
I have tried calling them at least 20 times but their customer service support never bothered to pick up the phone.
I am taking this issue very seriously since they did not deliver the order even after having entire process successful.
I have mainly 3 questions?
1)Why did just eat put the orders on hold after having successful placement of orders.
2)Who is responsible for this entire incidents ad my embarrassment in front of my friends?
3)what the point of online transaction if they are not going to deliver the service.End result was my money was deducted
without delivering the service
What kind of logic is this ?After deducting my hard earned money, after giving me successful placement orders and order IDs, my orders were not delivered thus questioning the very credibility of this site.
I am here attaching the snapshots of the successful order placement and then screen shots of the mail stating my orders are on hold.
please do the necessary as they are making of customers like me.
I am least mainly concerned about the first 2 questions as this questions the very necessity of their service. Was this information helpful? |
