Justeat.in — I haven't recieved confirmation mail. No food delievred

Hi! I ordered at 9:30 Pm and I didn't get any confirmation mail till 10:05. Almost 35 Mins. After these the restaurant people denied to accept order due to the delays caused by your stuff. You call center people even don't bother to monitor if a customer is being confirmed of his order. This is not at all acceptable. Why you people are not so open to negative feedback. I have seen Justeat.in is not taking any feedback seriously. You people are performing very bad. I am going to choose your competitor. Foodpanda over justeat. Its 100 times better than your brand.
