Justickets — Amount Debited but Movie Tickets Not Booked Refund Not Received

I attempted to book movie tickets through the Justickets application on [[protected]] at approximately [7:47pm]. The payment of ₹[512.66 rs] was successfully debited from my bank account, but the ticket booking was not completed.

After the payment was deducted, I did not receive any ticket confirmation, booking ID, or ticket. I also checked the Transaction History/Booking History in the Justickets application, but there is no record of this transaction or booking.

The amount has been debited from my bank account. The bank transaction/reference number is [UTR/Transaction ID].

I have attached the relevant bank transaction screenshot and other available documents as evidence.

I request that this complaint be resolved at the earliest and that I be provided with written confirmation regarding the refund.
