[Resolved]  Justickets — My refund status about tickets

I have booked tickets for 13/03/22, 2:30PM show but tickets not booked whereas money has been deducted. Please resolve Please find the details as below Dear Customer, Rs490.16 [protected]@SBI UPI frm A/cX3713 on 11Mar22 RefNo[protected].
I was already mailed to it but they are not responding in proper way
