Justlikenew Technologies [JLNTPL] — cancelled a repair but no refund

I had ordered for a repair. Since there was online payment, i did pre-payment. After waiting for one week, no one responded. I tried to reach them from all the sources but of no use. I have already paid 2213.0 via payu. How to get a refund of it?
