As per our websites new interface all failed transactions which are charged to your bank account gets credited in the JRI Card that you can utilize for future recharge or refund it to the bank by clicking Refund to Bank tab. We will initiate a refund of the full amount to your account. Rest assured the amount would reflect into your account as per the bank's procedure within 5-7 business working days.
