Hello sir/madam
I have recharged my prepaid mobile number for rs. 149.00 on 04/10/18 customer id no [protected], order no. Mr[protected] the amount deducted from my sbi account no. But recharge was unsuccessful. So i have requested to refund the amount. Please kindly refund the aforsaid amount at earliest in my account.

Updated by tuleshsahu I have recharged my jio prepaid no [protected] for rs 149/- on[protected] order number - MR[protected] but recharge was failed. The amount deducted from my sbi bank account rs 149/- is not refunded till today (31/10/2018) therefore you are requested to kindly refund the aforesaid amount at earliest. Any how the amount has been debited in my bank account at the time of recharging through your recharge portal so you have to refund the same. Please

Yesterday I made a recharge of Rs 50 to [protected]. Amount debited from my account but not recharged.
Please advise how to proceed.
If this site is untrustworthy please let me know so I will ensure never to use it again.
Such small amounts are a problem than I wonder how you will deal with bigger transactions!
