sir, I'm Vicky kumar i was recharge my tata docomo mobilr on 02/06/15 for 127. The transaction is unsuccessfully done and i got the confirmation message for ccavenue but my my mobile recharge . Order no:MO[protected] mobile no [protected] still they show message payment Unsuccessfull. so kindly take necessary action about my problem. Thank you...

Please note Rs.127/- entered by you is an incorrect Top-up/Special Recharge amount for your Number/Location and therefore your transaction failed. Please check the valid top-up/ recharge amount with your service provider and recharge again.

Money debited from your account is safe in your JRI Card. You can utilize this money to recharge again.
