JustShoppingDeals.com — Not received my product & froude with me

I have purchased iPhone 4S 5-8-15 from the website http://justshoppingdeals.com/, but did't get the product. He contacted customer care but there was no response. There is chat box in the website which gives assistance when ever ask the order status they say "technical issues in our side kindly contact us after 24 Hrs".
