Jwellvila — Online product purchased but yet not delivered

Generally, I use to check whether online site where I am placing order is genuine one or not (specially while doing online payment). In this case, while purchasing product from Jwellvila, I followed the same pattern but at that time I couldn't find any complaint registered.
I placed order on 8th Jan 2021, and today (on 18th Jan) when product is yet not delivered, I checked complaint and found 2 complaints for this company.
I am not sure whether they are going to deliver or not but at this moment when their site is not working, when product not delivered even after more than 10 days, so I think to raise complaint to save other peoples.

Placed order on: 8th Jan 2021.
Received email: Within few minutes rec'd email that product will be delivered within 5-6 working days.
Paid amount: 149

If I receive product then I will update here otherwise consider this company as fraud and scam has been done with me and others (specially who placed order between 27th Dec 2020 to 16th Jan 2021). P.s. somewhere I found on google that this company domain came in market on 27th Dec and from 16th Jan site is not working. so I have considered this timeline.
