I have placed an order for sofa which cost ₹2, 240.82 on 11th April, 2021. I have not delivered anything. Please look into the matter at the earliest.

The products were posted on the Instagram and Facebook and the website looked genuine since it had https but after buying products worth Rs 492 (The order no. 1152). The tracking link shared is not working and giving the message "the store is not available". The payment email was received that the payment made to JWELLVILA; but no contact details or customer care number.

There should be strict action taken against such fake...

I made a purchase of Rs 823 on kitchenware website which I cannot find now it's been 7 days and ders no updat3 from them u think it's a fraud and please help us get our money back
Instagram and Facebook shouldn't allow such ads...

I order shirt on Sunday on 4/4/2021. But I didn't received yet....

I make a payment and call mr. Dipak kumat (mobile no.[protected] ) which is customer care of jwellvila. And he said that yes payment is received but you have to order once again. I told that please refund my money first after that i will make my order. He told ok. Give me your upi id, name and pin. And cheating in such way by collecting personal information....

Generally, I use to check whether online site where I am placing order is genuine one or not (specially while doing online payment). In this case, while purchasing product from Jwellvila, I followed the same pattern but at that time I couldn't find any complaint registered.
I placed order on 8th Jan 2021, and today (on 18th Jan) when product is yet not delivered, I checked complaint and found 2 complaints for this company.
