Jyothis Academy — I have applied for AMIE in jan-2020, Till now neither I get any refund nor gate registration

I have applied for AMIE course in Jan-2020, i have not got any membership from university till now. After wait till oct, i came to know about court case of IEI university regarding registration.
After that academy staff told that they will refund. Several times i have mailed or whts app reagring refund, but did'nt get anythig. Now i just want to get back my money rs. 13880, as soon as possible.
