I am applied btech course for my sister divya saxena in Feb 2020, i paid all fees amount 13480, i have received Books, but due to covid reasons, Acasemy said they Cannot complete our education, ..then i want to my refund, jyothis Academy Delay my payment, thats why i feel it's Fraud ..

I have applied for AMIE course in Jan-2020, i have not got any membership from university till now. After wait till oct, i came to know about court case of IEI university regarding registration.
After that academy staff told that they will refund. Several times i have mailed or whts app reagring refund, but did'nt get anythig. Now i just want to get back my money rs. 13880, as soon as possible.

I registered amie postal course for be through iei. My registration was done so i decided to take postal coaching through jyothis academy. I visited their website and saw i can get books within 15 days of payment. So i contacted them and they adviced to send a demand draft of 4000 inr for section a books and solved question answers of previous years. I had send my dd and it was delivered on 21st march. I am calling them from a month about the books but all they advice is to wait. They either give an excuse that books are not available in the stock or they say that they have been dispatched. Whenever i call again for the books they either put my call on hold or dont answer. Simply a fraud company. Please take some serious action against them as they are just fooling everyone and wasting future of the struggling students.

I submitted all documents for membership of my brother to IEI (AMIE) through Jyothis Academy on November 2, 2015. We clearly informed that my brother wishes to appear for AMIE exams in summer, 2016. Jyothis Academy staff informed us that they would surely get him registered. Despite follow up with them till march, when we had to register for exams, we asked again for our membership number. This time they tell us that they don't know status of our application, and we should speak to IEI. It is understood that registration is not in hands of Jyothis Academy. But forwarding the application on time, and letting your customers know the status of whether their application has been forwarded or not is definitely in your hands. We got to know from IEI, that our application has not been received by them. Now Jyothis Academy has stopped responding to our calls. Today is the last day to enrol to exams to be held in summer, 2016. This clearly reflects lack of responsibility towards customers and their academic career. It is nothing but a fraud committed to the customers.

It is an advise to everyone to not choose Jyothis Academy for registering to AMIE (IEI).

R/sir I had paid a amount of Rs 12000 to JYOTHIS ACADMY which is situated at Thyparambil Building Opp IDBI Bank Muttambalam P O Kanjikuzhy, Kottayam PIN 686 004 For getting admission in IEI in NOV-2014 but from that date to till now they are telling me that your admission is under process. But In This processes it takes only three months as said by IEI and I had to give my first semester exam in JUNE-2015. But instead of exam I did not get admission in IEI. I mailed them several time but always they give me unmeaning full answer. So, I request you to please help me.

I ve approached the academy branch at kanjikuzhy in the month of May and paid the amount for AMIE registation and study materials for my brother .I ve informed the concerned person that My brother wants to write the exam this december.Not receiving the registration number after two months (July) we contacted them and we got informed that they did the registration wait for some more time.Trusting them we waited till october .One week before the last day for exam fee payment we contacted them they told"we dont know why it hhappened, we submitted everything properly, you contact Institution of engineers and proviided us the dd number".i contacted IE and they told we received the DD in august and they need two three months to process, you wont be able to write exam on december. when I went to their office and verified their doc I came to know that they sent the application in July only Very irresponsible service

This is really a serious issue to look into. I have ordered for the AMIE Section-A books since a Week back in Jyothis Academy, Kerala. But still I didn't receive the books.

I dont know what's their problem and I dont know when you have sent the books.When I have contacted them several times, they are saying that to wait for few more days. Dont they know how many days would it take to deliver the books to a certain place when they are posting them. They should firstly give the acknowledgement and the Post number that the post will receive on so and so date.

I dont see the complete responsibility on their side.

If this is the Time-Interval for registered Post, they could have asked us the Extra postal charges to send on time. We would have paid for them.

When I asked for the Registered Post Number,they are not replying and they are not lifting the calls.

I'm in the process of filing a case on them in the local Police station.
